Room was not a good comfort zone.

Room wasn't half way clean. Room didn't have a extra sercurity lock. Pillows was old and balled up inside. No blanket on bed. Only 1 pillow was in room for two occupants. I will stay away on my next trip.

worst hotel

First went to the front desk and they asked if I wanted my money back. There water was broken, doors have been broken into, and there were several sketchy people around the property. If you want to stay up all night and fear your life then stay here.

Stay away from this hotel

The American Inn, stay away. First they tried to charge me twice[...] as i tried to check in. Before you go to the hotel make sure you notify your next of Kin and have a toe tag completed before you stay. In the room the head boards were ripped off the beds, the room smelled and the A.C was tereible, it was cooler outside on the 95 degree day. Only As for the computer i thought i was working on a comodore 64 from the 80's. The only bright spot the hotel manager was nice enough to refund my money so i can stay at another hotel.

You get what you pay for

We were looking for a cheap hotel and booked late during the weekend of Memphis' Beale Street Music Festival, thus many other hotels were already booked for the weekend. While the rates were cheap, the location of the hotel made us uncomfortable in a city we were unfamiliar with. The room could be described as "bare". One of the lamps did not have a lamp shade on it. Luckily, we were exhausted travelers who were too tired to worry about those things.

good price, bad room

Went to visit Graceland. Room seemed clean. No extras included. very small towels, no phone, not many tv stations, broken door

The first hotel was horrible: electrical outlets hanging out the wall, phone barely worked, no clean towels when requested, dirty shirts in the first room, prostitutes and local people hanging out all night. The second hotel was great!
