Great!!!
The hotel was nice I guess better than nice for the price we received. Our room was on the 5th floor, it was clean spacious and cool (You control you own AC and it goes down to 60), the bathroom has a large vanity so my mother and I fit both are things with room to spear. The bed LORD the bed and pillow are super comfortable wish I could take it with me. The beach was less than a mile away we walked there in ten minutes however there are meter around that do all day parking just bring about 5-7 dollars in change. Room service was great super polite, front desk very attentive and welcoming. The only small issue was that the bathroom ceiling about the wall has some cracks but it was just cosmetic so I would not call it an issue. I couldn’t hear any of the guest in the next rooms so that was nice overall I would hands down go there again . It was a very pleasant experience. I wished the pool was deeper it was only about 4 feet high but I spent most of my time in the beach

Room conditionater and ice,trash
Upon arrival the room they gave us was a mess. ,bed unmade ice bucket still full of ice and water, trash cans full of trash, used towels on the floor used soap on counter,we had quite a journey with our bags from garage to the room just to have to haul them back to the car, staff said they would have it clean when we got back, bed was made ,new towels but still had full ice bucket, trash cans and dirty soap, they offered free breakfast but still left the stuff untouched, for such a high standard hotel I found it below average.my romantic night away was anything but being a germaphobe.

Hello 1982. This is when I think this hotel was last given a makeover. Rooms are adequate. But the staff look miserable and tired and seem to try hard to smile in what is a souless place with a leaking roof and patchy DIY in the rooms. I will say the beds were comfy and it was clean. Just old and tired. If I had paid full price for this hotel I would have been furious but at $70 it was acceptable. Have the feeling it's polished on the outside and falling apart from within. It's a cheek as well to charge 8$ to park a car in their own car park but I guess they have to pay for the leaks somehow.

A Memorial Day week with surprises
This is a massive hotel. I was somewhat taken back that the hotel and garage were not connected which was a bit inconvient. Additionally the $8/night charge was a surprise. The hotel was crowded (bike week plus Memorial Day week in progress) and you could tell by the staff. My room was not "cleaned" until 5pm each day (no problem here). Never changed sheets, cleaned coffee maker or replace used plastic cups, etc. Noise all night from kids and young adults and believe me I'm far from a prude. The garage elevators were littered and dirty. The garage itself had everything on the ground from cups to chicken wings. Filthy. If you're are a beach person its a bit of a chore getting over to the beach and since they have no outdoor pool it is rough on a beach/ocean seeker. Very dissapointing and probably will never return to that hotel.

excellent hotel
after reading some of the reviews I was a bit hesitant to stay here mostly because of the parking complaints I was reading about. Well that is not an issue, it looked to me that you will have to pay for parking just about anywhere in Myrtle Beach. As far as the hotel itself this hotel is Excellent from the staff to the room and everything in between . I will be staying here again.

ALWAYS OUTSTANDING
This is a great property. Centrally located. Close to everything. Always treated like a VIP. They treat everyone that stays here like that. Just can't say enough about them. Will always stay there with these excellent rates. My hotel of choice when in Myrtle Beach. This was my fourth stay there this year.

nice hotel
The hotel was nice enough, and seemed clean. And, the rate I got was low enough that I didn't mind paying $8 extra for parking (I just considered it part of the room rate since you can go in and out as much as you like#. But a couple experiences with the staff left me cold. The first time I tried to get into the parking garage, my key card didn't work. I had to drvie to the front circle, walk inside, and get someone to fix it. All of this was a hassle I could have accepted once. But the guy at the desk didn't even apologize for the inconvenience. The next day, it happened again, and I got someone else to fix my card, and she didn't apologize either. I understand that they can't prevent issues like this from coming up eventually, but is it too much to ask that they at least ackowledge the inconvenience? Then, on the day I left, I stopped at the coffee shop on my way out. While I was there, a manager came over and in a fake-nice way called out the genuinely nice girl behind the counter on a minor dress code violation. #Why would a manager ever do something like that in front of a guest?) I'd still go back if I got a good rate, but I expect a hotel like this to have better service.

Bay Naturals is a health food store down the road a bit, but it's got a little cafe in the back that serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It's my favorite place to eat in Myrtle Beach.

First vacation in years
Friendly staff, but everything was way overpriced for my taste. They claim their laundry is an amenity, but seriously, $2.50 to wash a hankerchief? $3.00 for a t-shirt? Also, the bar has $8.00 shots if anybody doesn't like saving money and getting their tequila. House keeping was excellent however, and had no problems with the people staying around us.
