Sheraton Myrtle Beach Convention Center Hotel is located in Myrtle Beach's business district, just a few minutes away from the ocean. Rooms were not cleaned!!!
Front desk provideed great service, but over the 3 night stay the house keeper did not empty trash, vaccuum, clean bathroom, sink had hair, floor was not mopped, tub had dirt. Called spoke with manager she was nice but I was very disappointed I expected higher quality. Also, it adverises a jaccuzzi but there is no jaccuzzi

Great Stay
Absolutely perfect. I wish the pool was a bit bigger and updated,but other than that this is a great place. Perfect distance from the beach and all stores and restaurants are within walking distance.

AFM convention
Enjoyable to say the least even the mistake on room reservations was quickly resolved.The staff was very southern hospitable.

Birthday Surprise For My Grandma
My experience at Sheraton was great. While at the hotel I went to the bar. Me and my 9 year old exercise in there gym which was great. Me and my family had a blast till this day everybody still talking bout the fun we had....The hotel looks the way it's shown online. I was very much please with the service they where very nice and professional.....also great for the kids my 2 and 9 year old love the pool.....I loved it going back soon!!!!!

Last minute getaway
My fiance and I recently stayed at this hotel after noticing the fantastic rate, and could not have been happier. We had never stayed at a Sheraton before and were blown away by how clean and comfortable our room was. We will definitely be staying again!

Right In The Heart
My fiance and I loved our stay at the hotel. When we got inside we were very happy to stay in a place that looked more like an hotel than an Inn. The front desk staff were great they send us to the concierge that gave us all the coupon books and information on all the shows. The room was very clean nice white linen and fluffed pillows. The pool was average really wish there was a Jacuzzi. The restaurant and lounge was nice as well. The hotel was in a great central location with access to everything that you needed.

Fun Spring Break!
Staying at the Sheraton Convention Center Hotel was awesome! it was a walk able distance from the beach which was nice and convenient. The staffs were really nice also and were always ready to help you with whatever, especially for like a out of townie like me who needed the help.
