Ok
Hotel location & price were great but the pool & hot tub were cold, the rooms were disgustingly gross, not clean at all & the other room I paid for that my sister stayed in smelled like urine & they ended up having to switch rooms at 11 at night. Not happy about that, their room had not been cleaned at all that day & no one noticed it.

Beware of College Kids & Thin Walled Hotels
After a lengthy wait for check in because of understaffing, My only "extra" request was to ask for a late check out due to a conflict with a morning meeting that I had. Response: "We don't do late check outs" with an icy stare.

This was my second time. I was looking for a budget hotel for a business trip and stYed in December 2012. This hotel was availabe for me again in April 2013 for another business trip. The rooms are simple and clean. The staff is friendly and made my stay very comfortable. I am not sure if I would stay here for a lengthy vacation but maybe a weekendtrip and/ or business.

Very Nice Stuff
Because we went there not in the season we were upgraded to the ocean front room. It was very clean and very nice. I would definitely recommend this hotel. I forgot to say that it would be great for family because they had fully equipped kitchen.

You get what you pay for..
The location of this hotel was excellent. We were able to park the car and walk to most restaurants, stores and it was on the beach. The pool was small, right in the lobby, and the hot tub was big enough for maybe two people. We ended up not using the pool but we did have options on using the pool next door and two hotels down. The rooms were small, clean, and had a fridge, microwave, and stove. All of which worked. Beds were in good shape. Nice flat screen television. I personally wouldn't stay there again because it was loud and crowded. If you are looking for somewhere to just sleep and eat but enjoy the beach all day this is for you.
