Oceanfront resort with many amenities, spanning 720 feet of beachfront

Long Bay Resort is located in the north end of Myrtle Beach along a scenic part of the oceanfront.  The resort's amenities include the Long Bay Resort water park with indoor and outdoor pools, a whirlpool, and a children's pool.  There is a year-round 250-foot lazy river, as well as a silly submarine and bucket drops to keep the children entertained.  On-site eateries include the Oceanview Cafe and Martin's restaurant.  Long Bay Resort is also known for its excellent value golf deals and custom-made packages.

Women's convention getaway

The room was very spacious and clean. I love it had a refrigerator, microwave and extra sink. I would suggest bed skirts because the box spring sides were not clean. There was ample seating and WIFI available. Great location on the beach and next door to River City restuarant really good food. I would definitely stay there again to enjoy the pools, hot tub and lazy river.

Weekend getaway

Bathtub clogged. Blockage backed up into the tub. We arrived on a motorcycle and upon our arrival our first contact we were treated rudely. We paid for an ocean view room and got a room with a street view. Had to upgrade and pay extra for an oceanfront room. The worker on the 2nd floor cafe was loud and unprofessional especially being pregnant. Location and pool very good. Beds very comfortable, lock to balcony door didn't lock.

Wonderful weekend getaway

Alot of things to do

Pretty nice....They were doing alot of remodeling while we were there...But other than that the price and all the amenities were great

Great family getaway

The hotel was in a great location, plenty of space. If u bring the kids and want privacy there's doors to the rooms that can be shut. I would definitely say its more of a family trip vs. a couples getaway. The onsite bar and gameroom was a little raunchy. There's definitely alot for the kids to do. The beach was right behind our hotel we had an excellent view of the ocean from our balcony. We were minutes away from celebrity circle a place with lots of restaurants, bars, and rides for kids. We had an excellent time.

Awesome!!

We didnt have a pile of money to drop on a hotel, but this one was a great value and totally delivered!! Will definitely try to book here again!!!

LongBay At Easter

We have stayed here before and were pleased again. It was a bit disappointing that the weather was cool and the lazy river was closed while the hotel landscaped the area. It would have been nice for a heads up, so we could have planned our day accordingly. The kids were disappointed. However, the room was quiet and clean.

Weekend getaway

The location of the hotel was great for the price I paid. The indoor lazy river, pool and hot tub were amazing. The only thing my boyfriend and I were very unhappy about and we requested a different room because of this was the shower temperature. The water was very unstable it kept changing temperatures while it was on. We contacted front desk and they were nice enough to move us to a different room but we had the same problem! When we were checking out we told the front desk about the problem and they said "oh yeah it's been happening on that side of the building and maintenance is looking into it". I will probably not go back to that hotel again if i can help it.

Valentine getaway

The weekend was awesome!!! The room and service was great!!! Front the beginning to the end and especially the beginning because the lady that check us in went beyond herself to make sure we was happy with the room that was given to us and for that I am grateful and her kindness was greatly appreciated. When going out for seafood @ the larger seafood restaurants always ask for a senior menu, you may not always want the buffet and they will not offer or tell you they have senior rices or menu.
