Days Inn Myrtle Beach

We arrived late and were given a room in which the carpet had been shampooed that same day. We were immediately given a new room . We enjoyed the outdoor space , cooked out and we even got to play a little pool. It was a nice get away.

I had higher expectations given that other Day Inns have been ok, but the first night, I found that there were many bugs in my room. Unfortunately, it was 3 AM when I discovered them as I adjusted the air conditioner control. The next morning I complained and was promtly moved to a new room, which was a good thing - no more bugs.

My husband and I book two nights at this hotel. We were on the 6th floor, King room. It smelled terrible, but we had already paid so we had to stay! The phone didn't work, the internet didn't work, and the light switch in the bathroom worked if you held it just right! I had to go down to the desk three times before they would send someone to fix the phone and check the internet. Finally someone came and took our phone and replaced it...however, the internet never did get fixed. The pool was green, and the elevators were dirty and very slow. If you need an iron or ironing board you have to go to the desk, check them out, carry them to your room, then bring them back down when you are finished!!

My wife and i were treated really nice,like we were the only two people there.The manangers were real helpful and greeted us like there own.

The hotel is in poor repair. The tile in the tub was bulging out of the back wall, the bath math had mold. I think the room was clean, but it looked so tired and old that I just didn't feel comfortable. No microwave, no refrig. There was not a complimentary breakfast. We ate there one morning, the food was awful. The pool and surrounding pool deck was not well tended. I wouldn't get it it. It wasn't what I expected from a Days Inn. I know I was going for low cost, but this was bad.

I do not recommend this hotel. It was very dirty inside the room. We could see where the cleaners' boot prints on the bathroom floor from it being wet. We were very wary of touching anything inside of the room. The floor that we stayed on had no ice machine, the elevator had mud and smeared unknown substance on the doors, the lobby floor was covered in water and dirt. Not a safe environment whatsoever.

I paid way too much to smell indian food and wait forever for a scary elevator and no fridge. I was scared here. Also, a spider made a nest on my suitcase overnight

We needed a place quick before a holiday. This was one of the cheapest...I see why...but still way more than it was worth. There wasn't trash every where, but it wasn't the cleanest either. It made for a place to sleep, but their prices could be lower.

Would not stay there again; old furnishings. Hotel neeed updating.

Being at this hotel was the worst experience i ever had when i traveled in my life. When i arrived the first thing i say when coming in was a half dead water bug. The lobby looked dark and depressing. The hall walls were dirty and the carpet had stains on them. The room smelled like someone was smoking in it. the sheets were dirty and the walls were cracked. there was a tilted lamp and the rm looked filty over all. I was disguised and very dissatified with the hotel. The pictures were deceiving the hotel look in worse condtion then what the pictures show you. And the hotel is in the middle of no where with nothing close by.
