Nice trip
Nice location, room was just what I expected. One issue was the elevators. We waited by the elevator for over 30 mins with our bags and just decided to walk down the stairs with all our luggage. I would go back but stay only on the 2nd floor, not any higher. I have a special needs son and he doesn't do well with stairs.

Worth the visit to MB.

Sleepy
The bedroom was next to the other room door. Every time the other room open the door and close it, it made a loud noise. This when on until 2:00 AM in the morning. in the bathroom it sound like water was dripping from the ceiling, it was hard to sleep. The wind made a how noise that made it hard to sleep. the outer walls must be very thin.

Enjoyable
Front desk and maintenece staff were friendly and helpful. However, lack of basic toiletries e.g. lotion, shower cap. Also, bath tub wasn't cleaned following showers. Great for families, not for adults only! Great ocean and city lights view, along with secured free parking.

Good hotel, not so great area
Overall, this hotel is a nice hotel. As I mentioned in the title, the area is not the greatest though. Of course, being directly on the water is amazing, but there were a lot of run down hotels and vacant buildings near this hotel. The room amenities were nice (we stayed in one of the rooms you can own). As for room comfort, the bed was fairly small (even for only 2 people) and there were not a lot of pillows in the room, but those are minor things. This was a short stop for my wife and I and we didn't do much other than sleep in the room, but it was still nice.

Great stay for a good price
The hotel was nice.. Staff was very helpful and understanding. We would most def stay here again!

Great for off season
I had a great time here, it was the beginning of February so there wasn't alot open but the Boardwalk at Broadway was right down the road. My stay could have been a little but nicer had I gotten some detergent for the washer/dryer in my room and definitely some better toiletries. The resort was right on the water and everyone was very nice!

Go a few mins down the road to the Boardwalk at Broadway to eat. Some of the smaller street shops sucks as far as food is concerned.

Room is in nice location... But ....
Room is in a very nice location, very close to broad walk, The amenities are okay. Their internet is very very slow, and the rooms are very small.
