Thanksgiving trip

Staff was very nice. From the front desk to the bar tenders to room service, everyone was very interesting in making sure our stay was pleasant!

Get it right!

The hotel was fine. Just a quick trip to visit friends in the Greenville area. What was missing is the Sleep Number Bed, otherwise an average hotel.

At times O.K.

Breakfast meal along with the service was disgusting. The meal was not to our stated directions and was warm after stating that it was to be Hot. One meal had to be taken back and I'm sure it was put into microwave. Hot But Rubbery. Had to wait too long for service and had to ask where the meal was after approx 25 minutes. Overall not impressed and the buffet looked no better.

comfortable

It was a comfortable room, doors slam constantly, no fitted sheets on matress or tucked in, a wad of hair was on pillow. Near great shopping and restaurants.
