Hotel amenities surprised me
I stayed at this hotel b/c of its location to 5 points for St Patricks' Day. For the price I was very shocked at how pleasant and clean the hotel was. The staff was nice, the room very clean and comfortable, and the location was ideal. I would recommend and/or stay here again.

Fort Jackson graduation
Location to Fort Jackson was great, also close to fwy. Bed comfort was not so good, but I guess ok for price. Breakfast was very good. Phone nor the coffee maker worked.

January 2013 Stay at Best Western Fort Jackson
The hotel was located off a major highway and there were several similar hotels in the area. The room was average, but clean. The continental breakfast was basic, bread items, cereals, waffels, some hot items, coffee, and juices. The hotel was priced at a value. I would stay at this site in the future.

The location is good and on a main road with anything you could need on it. The staff could be friendlier, and more could be included but decent for the price.

Very nice for a short business stay.
I had to book this hotel at the last minute for a business trip. I was very pleased with the staff and hotel amenities and would definitely stay in the hotel again. The only complaint I have, is the door to my room was opened when I arrived and I soon found out that something was wrong with the door jam. The door was very hard to keep closed; only staying closed by the lock. Everything else was great!!

Grey Army wife
Staff was very friendly
I stayed here for my husbands graduation in the Army. It was only 10 minutes away from the base so it was PERFECT. The staff was very friendly and I had a good time! I just wish they had more selection for the breakfast. I didn't eat any of the breakfast for the whole stay.
