Great home substitute
The staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are nice uptodate and clean. Amenities are nice. Only thing I would want to change is proximity to job location.

DISAPPOINTED PAIR
A GOOD LOCATION
The location was the best part of the time that was spent here. The faucet in the tub was leaking & was slow to drain. We were there for three days & even with reporting it, never got fixed. Cleanliness, needed more attention as well. The " staff" was pleasant. Breakfast was fair, & cold.

The Glass Onion is a unique venue to dine. Highly recommend it! In addition, there was a Diner that offered, again, a unique variety in menu items. This was located close to the Glass Onion.

Great place to stay while in Charleston for the race. Convenient to downtown and all its amenities, as well as Mt Pleasant. Staff was outstanding. Price was right.

Average Hotel
It was OK but nothing special. Breakfast hours are to short especially for the weekend. Selections were average on buffet. Eggs were cold each day. Staff struggled to keep on top of items for some reason. They were glad when it was time to shut down. Items in room were not refreshed each day. Dirty dishes left in room.

Spring break getaway
it was a decent hotel that allowed pets, the complimentary breakfast was horrible and would rather pay for my own. The staff was very friendly though. The room was big, and the separate living area from bedroom was nice so parents could stay up and watch movies after putting kids to bed.

Quite an Experience!
Overall the week was fine, but we had to change rooms due to a smell in the suite...new carpet, paint, or lack of cleanliness from one month occupant that new carpet, paint, and fixed toilet couldn't mask! Breakfast was good and good variety, but we spent two nights at the ER due to airway reaction by granddaughter. NCo hot tub was a bummer, but the indoor pool was nice. Staff was friendly and helpful. Parking on general was "tight" all over Charleston! I've stayed at better AND worse, so the stay was average.

On our way to FL
The clerk on New Years eve was super nice. The room was large with a kitchenette and separate living room which was cool to see and the bed was comfy. There was only one bar of soap and one shampoo bottle, a little skimpy in the amenities department. The sheets appeared to be washed but in some spots look like there were grease spots. The cleaning staff wasn't too friendly. The area is what you pay for, a hotel amidst car dealerships and off a busy road.
