- LUXURY - ROOM
- Club Level Rooms are located on the top two floors of the hotel by private access only. Access to Club Level Amenities include, continental breakfast buffet with hot items, afternoon tea, nightly hors d'oeuvres and full beverage service, dessert, cordials and on-hand concierge service. Club Rooms offer a sophisticated, neo-traditional early American design. Furnished with a rich mahogany armoire, writing desk and a king or two double beds, the rooms measure approximately 400 sq ft and have a soft glow from the rich creams and gold tapestry. Family Weekend
Loved the location but was disappointed with the overall accomodations. I had reserved a King bed but was told there were none available after we go to our room. The air was out in our room and it took several calls before it was ever repaired. Had an infant in our family and the staff/management was not infant-friendly. They charged us to use a microwave for bottles.

Fantastic girl getaway
The hotel's location was perfectly centered for what we wanted to do in Charleston. The hotel staff was awesome at making recommendations as to where to eat and which tour groups to book tours through. The spa was amazing and very relaxing. I would definitely stay here again!!

First day disappointment won"t be back
When we checked in to Charleston Place there was a convention on the property, so instead of the junior Suite we paid for ($370), they gave us a "extra large king" and called it a junior suite. With windows were facing an ongoing Party on the patio, on the same level as well as people with cocktails in the hallway. They moved us to another same type room. But it did not have a sleeper sofa for our daughter, and no rollaway beds were available. They moved us the next day to a Junior Suite. But because we booked thru orbitz we received no compensation at all and the manager pointed out our choice to book thru orbitz as the reason they could not give us a credit. We have stayed here more than 5 times before, after this I will be looking for another hotel.

Terrific overall but a couple let downs
My wife and I were there for a long weekend getaway. VERY nice hotel in the heart of the fun zone. Great room nicely appointed, quiet windows even above a busy street, and loved the bar downstairs. A couple puzzlers however, such as the old school TV with bad reception- I really expect a better set up in a hotel like this!

Everything about our vacation was perfect, however, we were extremely disappointed in the room. The bedding was cheap and old, pillows were so thick - never slept with one like this, TV was old style and terrible reception. The new Hamptons and Comfort Suites have way better bedding (duvet covers, high thread count, nice pillows) than this room plus large flat screens. The old style TV should be replaced with new large flat screens (haven't stayed in a 5 start yet that was this dated)

Great location for a great vacation
From the moment you pull up you know you are at a very special place. 5 stars accross th board except for the mattresses. The rooms could stand an update beginning with the bed and media. Beyond that my wife and I was so impressed with the level of pampering. Resturants were outstanding. The location for the Hotel is perfect walking distance to just about everything. and 20 min from the airport.
