I guess consistency is a virtue. Barren room, second floor, no elevator, extra charge for internet. Better values are usually available.

Race Night Stay
Was looking for an affordable night's stay before the Newport Marathon and found it here. The room was nothing more than I would expect for a basic motel room, but the location provided easy access to downtown and the highways. For the price and purpose of our stay, this motel met our needs.

Good weekend getaway
great location, clean, staff very friendly, it was nice to check in earlier then the average hotel/motel sticks to, and all in all it was a nice stay. On the down side they could come of with a few extras to offer their guests such as offering coffee at least till later in the afternoon, maybe donuts or muffins in the morning (even at a low cost), sale of the local newspaper in the lobby - it rained the whole weekend I was in town and didn't want to get dressed for donuts and a paper. Just a few thoughts.

Bang for Buck....but not for a whole week/weekend!
You cant expect much for the price of the Hotel! I was going to a wedding in newport and wanted something cheap.....Went there late and slept before leaving the next day....If i was going for the whole weekend I wouldnt stay.....but if you dont plan staying at the hotel much its a bang for your buck in overpriced Newport!

Smoke problem
This hotel was horrible, when we opened the door a cloud of smoke came out as well. It smelt so bad you could barely breath. I would not stay or recommand to anyone.
