Excellent value in convenient location
This hotel is located right at the edge of the museum district, steps from the Franklin Institute or the Barnes. For less than the price of a room alone in that area, we also got a full kitchen (a necessity for us on this trip). The room was large, clean, with very comfortable beds and a window that opens. The kitchen could've been a little better equipped (more cooking utensils, cleaning supplies, salt and pepper would've been nice), but overall this was a very good deal and we'd stay there again.

Convenient and good value

disappointed
my wife booked this hotel and it was her understanding that the stay came with a continental breakfast (which it didn't.) Also, she understood that there was free parking (which ended up totaling 76$ for two nights!) Oh well, live and learn.

This hotel is a good 20 minute walk to any of the historic areas, and it is a walk better concluded before evening or dark.

Good Location, Good Room
Nothing out of the ordinary here, just a well-located hotel at a reasonable price. The room was spacious, comfortable and if you were staying for more than a few days, the kitchenette would be an excellent tool to save money. The remote control on my TV didn't work quite right, but the staff was very helpful when I had trouble printing out documents for a presentation in the morning. Overall a positive experience.

B is for Brooklyn
Good location and price
We enjoyed the location very much and the hotel staff were extremely nice and helpful. The suite was enormous - more than we needed, really - and the "living room" area especially was strangely furnished/arranged. Apparently this building does long-term rentals, and one could imagine this as a simple apartment for a bachelor. It was nice not to feel cramped, and the bathroom and bedroom were comfortable.

There is a GREAT brunch place a short distance away called Sabrina's and Spencer's Too. An easy walk from the hotel across Logan Circle and up behind the Free Library. Be prepared to wait, it's very popular - but the wait is worth it.

Unbelievable
Beautiful hotel in an ideal location at an unbeatable price. We paid 130 for a room including valet parking to stay in the middle of Philly in an immaculate room with a full kitchen, dishwasher and office. Perfect.

Ideal location
The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. The suite was very comfortable and well equipped. The hotel was a block from a train station with service to the airport and centrally located between the museum row, shopping and historic districts. I would definitely stay at the Windsor Suites again!

under construction
Upon checking into the hotel, we were notified that there would be construction work from 9 am to 4 pm. The work was very loud and we could not stay in our hotel room once it had started. We were supposed to stay 4 nights and only stayed 2. The hotel staff was not helpful at all when we asked to switch rooms away from the construction noise. I'm sure the hotel would have been fine if the construction work hadn't been going on. The hotel was in a prime location and it was clean and comfortable. Just make sure to ask if there is construction work scheduled during your stay.
