What a dump!
Take it off the website. What a dump. Wouldn't let my dog sleep there. Bar is closed and there is nothing within walking distance. Place is dirty and rundown.

Well. this was my second time over there..after one year . the service has gotten worse . public trans port 68 bus , 17 bus..frequency 45 min ans 35 min around. if you are by car ,then no problem. Pros AND cons: cheap place to stay. oven and fridge on request only. linen were not that clear. Breakfast was served on time and closed exactly on time ...the lady service breakfast turn off the light even one of the hotel customer having tea and reading news paper.well there should be a little bit decency expected from the hotel management. counter people were good. if you looking to save money its okay..better than motels..but not and enjoyable place really...

good location, shady hotel
desk drawers in room were not cleaned. bathroom tub was clogged. had to wait more than half hour at the front desk to check in because the person in front of me had reservation issues and the hotel had only one girl working the desk

They took a copy of my license and my credit card and double charged me, plus the mattress was lumpy and the sheets did not look clean.

2nd Time Night a Charm
I had stayed at this hotel over the summer and thought it a very good value, cheap, awsome location, and ok everything else. This time I could no longer get internet in my room, only the lobby, and the big issue, roach. I know its a city hotel and anywhere can have bugs, but a roach in the bathroom made this my last stay. You don't get second chances after a roach in the bathroom.

Good Value Hotel for an overnight stay.
Stayed 1 one night for the Philly Marathon. Location wise is a bit from the center. The room i was given was really large but all extra like like shampoo, soap etc needed to asked. No wifi in the room. Clean room overall and excellent deal for an overnight stay, but for a longer stay better of with a downtown located hotel/

Live to Travel 1
Only as a Last Resort
My family and I were in Philadelphia for the marathon, and this was the last hotel with availability in the city. I had booked through this website, however the hotel's computer system does not synchronize with outside agencies, so I had to locate my confirmation information to give them my rate. This made the check-in process painfully long. We were given a room on the 10th floor of a supposedly smoke-free hotel, but the hallways reeked of cigarettes. Our room smelled nauseating, had no towels, holes in the ceiling and only a tattered sheet and bedspread on the bed. We immediately requested another room, and the desk attendant located a room on the 5th floor that was moderately better smelling (although same bed and ceiling issues). We ended up going to a drug store, purchasing air freshener and several candles, and were able to sleep the night, but we will NEVER stay here again!

Not for the light hearted
I knew i was in trouble when I coudn't find a room at any hotel in the area. The skyview room reeked of insecticide & smelled awful. The have-a-heart traps all around the outside of the building should have been a warning to run..the other way. Our room was allegedly smoke free yet there were cigarette burns on the furniture. This place needs a serious overhaul/ makeover.
