Poor Experience
The hotel only had 1 working elevator. There was not a separate elevator for the cleaning staff. The waits were long and the elevators crowded. The only other elevator was broken for a week, we were told. We had bikes which we had planned to store in our room. With 1 elevator, this was quite difficult. We asked if they could find a place to possibly store the bike. They didn't even try or appologize. We ended up going next store to the Hilton, and, they were more than happy to accomodate us. The Homewood staff didn't even suggest that or try. Our rooms were never cleaned the first day that we were there. When we returned to our room at 3:30 to change for the evening, they wanted to "make up the room". We asked if they could wait. Their reply--we leave at 4:00. So--our room did not get cleaned that day. The bathrooms have no ventilation. And, the TV did not work. Overall--I would not recommend the hotel.

Wonderful Hotel

Wonderful stay!
My husband and I have stayed at many hotels throughout the years, however, this one was exceptional! From the moment we checked in the staff was there to make our stay a memorable one. Robert, the manager, could not have been kinder. The entire staff went beyond what most other hotels offer. The breakfast was very good and the presentation was beautiful. The mini dinner that was offered Monday thru Thursday was unbelievable. It was a like a full dinner and delicious. We most definitely will return to the Homewood Suites. The entire staff worked like a family unit, which was nice to see. Thanks guys for everything!

Emphasis on "Home"
From the moment of arrival the front desk ataff made me feel like I was arriving home. Everyone on staff smiles, has a pleasant word and is always ready to help. The breakfast daily and light dinners Monday-Thursday are delicious and attended by an incredibly hospitable staff. The rooms are very clean, spacious and have fully equipped kitchens. There is even a ceiling fan in the bedroom nook that provides great comfort. The hotel is within walking distance of numerous restaurants and a shopping mall. I have been there at least a half dozen times and every stay has been consistently excellent!

family suite
Carpet in room was stained and showed much wear as did carpet in hall. Furniture upholstery was also stained and worn. Floor was not vacuumed. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast offered wide variety of good that was good.

Great Stay
We stayed here to attend the Philadelphia Marathon. Close to the city. Good for cooking your own pasta the night before with the available kitchen! Very clean. The only bummer was that we had to leave too early for the 6:30 breakfast.

homewood hilton

Upon arrival I was notified that the room that was requested was unavailable. They did everything that they could to make up for the inconvenience and exceeded all expectations

feel like you are welcome.
I was near my daughter University. The breakfast was included, the room was very clean and the bed very comfortable.
