Clean, affordable, great location.
We checked in, got the room key and proceeded to the room. After scanning the key we opened the door to find two people in bed. They were as surprised as we were. One of the clerks at the front desk had given someone else the room assigned on our reservation. It was cleared up and we were upgraded at no charge. From then on there was no problem. The complimentary breakfast was perfect. The Concordia Beverage Machine was out of this world. The homemade cookies were yummy. The complimentary wine each night was lovely.

Great for the money
The location was great, walking distance to many places, The room was nice and clean with full kitchen and living room area besides the seperate bedroom. The parking was an extra $18.00 per day under the Hotel, Great if you have a small car because it was very tight with limited spaces, I would stay again and also refer to a friend in the future.

All in all, a servicable hotel, just not quite worth the price. The hotel outside and lobby have been revamped and are beautiful. Once you leave the luxurious lobby, you use a rickety elevator to get to your floor. One of the two elevators was out of commission while we were there and the remaining elevator was quite unhappy. We had a suite with a queen bed and bathroom in one room and a pull-out bed in a kitchenette in the other room. It had the feel of an old efficiency apartment from the 70's with glossy paint in good condition. Our rooms were very small and had not been updated. The queen-sized bed was 1' from one wall, 18" from the front of the TV cabinet and 3' from the other side wall. The pull-out couch ended up being about 3" underneath the kitchen table. Other than stacking furniture, we couldn't rearrange the room to allow the pull-out couch to clear everything. Neither bed was great but both were such an improvement over our previous night that we both slept well until the sun rose. The kitchenette room had two lovely large windows with blackout curtains that weren't quite long enough to cover the beautiful rising sun. By 5:30AM, the kitchenette room was already warming, and it was much brighter than the inner room with all the lights on. If you like bright sun and early mornings, it's a great room. We, however, were up late due to a error at the front desk. Their in-room dining was pizza. We called down to order the pizza but the front desk was swamped so it took almost 30 minutes to talk to someone (I was on hold the whole time). They were sold out of all but two flavors at 9:30 when we first called but promised a pizza in only 7 minutes. The front desk had lost the order so the pizza didn't get delivered until after 11PM. It was quite good when it arrived. The bathroom was small and had not been updated. Ditto with the kitchenette. Both were perfectly functional but not was I was expecting given the price of the room as compared with other branded hotels.

Overall Great Experience
The parking lost us from the get go... the original parking for the hotel was an absolute hunt. We ended up at the parking garage at the corner diagnal from our hotel. When checking in the lady helping was a lil rude and tried to charge me more as she said i had more people staying in the room than originally reserved. I had to argue with her and explain i not only reserved for 6 people but I confirmed both thru the online reservation site and in calling the Hotel in advance the 6 people. She left it alone after that but i thought she was rude. Anyways we stayed in a "executive double queen" room and it was amazing and beautiful. We enjoyed having the full kitchen for our snacks and the beds were AMAZING pillowtop clouds of comfort. The breakfast was wonderful and had many options including a awesome coffee machine with many flavor/style options. The morning staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definately stay here again!!
