Hotel DeLuxe

i had a very comfortable stay here with exceptionally nice staff, extremely comfortable beds. the price to park a car is $25-$29 per night so make sure you bake that into your room charge as it was higher than i expected for travel into a smaller city and is clearly a good profit center for the hotel. it's a solid option for those traveling thru for biz or personal but a little pricey for what it is

Perfect stay!

This hotel has it all! The staff is so helpful and knowledgeable . They told us which local restaurants were worth checking out and went the extra mile in every way . The driftwood room lounge has great cocktails with a old Hollywood feel . For breakfast we ate at Gracie's and the food was wonderful! We have stayed at the deluxe 4 times now and will definitely return.

Convenient and classy hotel

Attentive and friendly staff, location is close enough to downtown to be convenient, but not too close so it is quieter. Rooms are on the smaller side but very clean and comfortable--everything is designed to maximize space.

Perfect location. Impressive hollywood theme.

Nice hotel. Perfect location. It is comfortable to walk down to the river in about 15 mins. The hollywood theme is impressive. The only issue, the room, especially the bath room, is a bit small.

Hotel Deluxe

Convenient location just down the street from the MAX and a quick walk to Pearl District. Arrived fairly early (noon) and they already had a room ready. Room was a little small.

Great Front Desk

Front desk staff went out of their way to accommodate our needs. The hotel was booked for our staff and he ended charging some things not part of the booking. Our office said we will take care of it and we will give them our corporate card. They accepted the payment even thought the whole transaction (approval and authorization) where all done over several emails.

Good for a Short Getaway - unless you are wealthy.

Since it was almost 90 degrees, we wished they had a pool. And in general, parking was an additional $25. I had already paid $300 for the room, which was clean and pretty but actually kind of small. The bathroom was pretty awesome. I took a long soak. I would recommend for a treat - unless you are wealthy and can stay for days on end and get the biggest suite. Even then, not in the Summer since they lack a pool. But it was unique and pretty and the staff were very nice. I would go back in the Fall or Winter. Also, location felt very safe.

Relaxing respite in a whirlwind visit

This hotel was within walking distance of our daughter's apartment, a lightrail to the airport and the wonderful 23rd Ave and downtown, yet the area was quiet. The bath was comfortable for a soak not just a container for the shower. The staff was great, helpful and quick to respond when one of our lamps had no bulb. We enjoyed the movie themed decor. The robes were a nice touch but I could have used a lower hook on the bathroom door to hang it on. My one concern: Our bathroom window was hard to open and had to be supported to stay open, yet it was the only way to let moisture out of the room. I told the staff as we left so I don't know how quickly they could fix it.

Weekend trip

The staff at hotel deluxe could not have been more accomodating. Had an excellent trip. Rooms were very clean, well decorated, very comfortable bed and pillows. Rooms were on the smaller size but that was fine-matched the boutique feel. Happy hour at the bar was good value and breakfast by room service was tasty.
