Cheap, clean, but nothing fancy

It will do for a night or two but bring your own toiletries and expect an ordinary room, no frills.

Dive-y, but good location

Not too bad. Little dive-y, but you get what you pay for. Good location-go right across the burnside bridge and your in downtown! I liked that it has a fridge and microwave in room, but beware that the temperature range to fridge is either frozen or off...had a lovely frozen soda explosion...There's no coffee maker in the fridge but that forces you to go explore the delish cafe options that Portland has to offer. Free parking.

Affordable and Practical

I was looking for a room that was clean and economical and that it what I got. Not much else going on for it. I must say that the staff was extremely nice.

Not Pretty But Good Value

A tired old motel with many layers of paint, old carpet and outdated bathroom. Mostly very clean and comfortable. One of the few smoking rooms available in Portland. No, this isn't a great modern place. It is a good, inexpensive (cheap) place to crash for the night or two. Refrigerator and microwave in room was good. Smaller room. If you're passing through town and need a cheap place to stay near the heart of Portland, this is a good bet.

Average hotel for cheap price

I stayed in this hotel during my visit to portland. The room was clean, though a bit compact. Receptionist was nice and friendly.

Let's hope it's not like this every night!

It does not matter how nice any thing is or how good the staff might be if you can't get any sleep because some group of narsistic partiers, hookers, pimps or who ever they were are taking over the parking lot and keeping people up to 3 o'clock in morning, with management sticking there heads in the ground ignoring it all. I don't know what I was thinking, I was so tired I guess I thought they were going to stop soon. I didn't want to get up and deal with it. I called the management, finally just as they got in there cars and left. The next morning @ 6 am I went and talked to the desk and he played the I did my best, I'm clueless, card. I should have call the police and to heck with the management.
