Great Location
Good location. Right on the Max Light rail so getting downtown was quick and easy. Small but clean rooms. Not sound proof, could hear neighbors too well... Perfect for the price

It was a nice room, the only think I thought they were lacking was a continental breakfast.

Great One-Night Stay
I stayed here at the suggestion of a friend and because I got a rate of $89 when everything else in the area was much higher. This is a first-class hotel just steps away from Portland's metro service that takes you into downtown and the Pearl districts for FREE.

A Diamond in the Rough
Shopped, walked around enjoying the northwest. This hotel is a true jewel, personnel are truly talented in ensuring the customer/client is made at home. Nothing was left to chance from providing the traditional cookie to making sure all hotel attractions were pointed out, Wow! Ranks in my top three stays at a hotel in over forty years of traveling.

WOW!
Fantastic! I am so impressed with the kind, courteous staff, the warm cookies, and just the all around great feeling this hotel gave me. I would suggest anyone who comes to Portland and wants a hotel that is close to shopping, movie cinemas, and is 3 minutes from downtown Portland, book a room! I would have gave them five stars but they charged for parking. $9 for weekends, and $18 for weekdays. (Yes more for weekdays)

Short walk from hotel
You have to check out Lloyd Center! It is only two blocks away and filled with nearly 100 stores, shops, restaurants, and an ice-skating rink!

comfortable stay
We enjoyed our stay, the room was comfortable . The staff was great. We had our Grandson stay for the morning, he had breakfast with us and took a nap. He also enjoyed the staff who were very friendly with him, as it was his 2nd Birthday everyone wished him a "Happy Birthday"

Nice, small room
I was in Portland teaching. The location if the hotel was ideal, and for one person, the room was fine. It was clean and very well maintained. The only problem I had was that temperature control was difficult- it was either too hot or too cold. The hotel staff was friendly and professional.

Excellent Selection
Outstanding service at this clean and modern hotel. Convienent location on the TriMet Max. Only had to take 1 cab (read: Saved lots of money). Would absolutely stay there again. One negative thing that happened was our door was left open by housekeeping one night. Nothing was missing, but it was concerning.
