A true travel experience
Fantastic!
The staff was amazing, as well as the room. I recommend this hotel to all. Very comfortable and clean...did not use pool just because weather did not permit. Great job to this best western.

Mother/Daughter Getaway
Staff were very friendly and very helpful when asked for direction from hotel to downtown Portland. Wish they have indoor swimming pool instead of heated outdoor pooll but we managed to enjoy visiting Multnomah Falls.

Business as usual
Hotel is adequate for my needs. The staff was a pleasure and were extremely accommodating. Good location convenient to the airport and major highways. Room was comfortable. Great value for the money.

One of the Better Best Westerns
Only stayed a night, but the hotel was nice - nice lobby, nice breakfast area, nice hot breakfast w/ some nice touches like whip cream & blueberries for the waffles. Only complaint is that the hallways smelled funny (couldn't tell if it was smoke, or cleaner or some combo) - the room was fine.

Great budget - close to airport
The staff at this Best Western are so nice - they really go above and beyond. My room was very very comfortable, and the continental breakfast was vastly superior to most in this kind of motel. It's about 6 minutes from the airport and close to the freeways - about 15-20 minutes to downtown portland. I would happily stay here again.

Best Western. pony Soldier
The desk staff were friendly,helpful and cheerful. The ladies preparing breakfast were also good. The location was great,the light rail close and easy to navigate. The housekeeping staff was mixed. My room was not cleaned on three days of my 7 day stay, one of those days was my fault. One day I left the room late and specifically mentioned to the desk staff that I was now out of the room so housekeeping could get in,she paged housekeeping while I stood there and the room was still not made up when I returned late that evening.

staff make up for any shortfall
I lost something very valuable to me in the chaos of packing. Bereft, I appealed to the front desk and they personally searched every spot in that room. It was so upsetting that in the confusion we even lost the car keys! They couldn't make everything better but there was no shortage in trying. Staff make up for any shortcomings, the customer service is above the mark.

Nice facility though not pleased we reserved through a third party site
Large, clean rooms, decent large breakfast. Nice facility. But be careful if your intent is to leave your vehicle. That is not included in the rate which was very confusing when looking at the third party site.

Mockingbird AK
Very comfortable and convenient
The room was very comfortable and the staff was friendlly and helpful. Continental breakfast was fine, but nothing out of the ordinary. Location can't be beat -- handy to the airport, and very close to the Red Line light-rail station which goes to the airport and also downtown, and the hotel offers a shuttle to the airport (and the light rail station) as well. I would definitely stay again!
