Art Deco style downtown hotel
For a boutique hotel feel with metropolitan flair, check into the Parkview Hotel in downtown Syracuse. Great Hotel!
We had a suite and it was excellent. Very clean and comfortable. Really nice bar with excellent food. Very conveinent mini market in the hotel. Would definately stay there again while in Syracuse!

Very Happy!
I was incredibly happy with my stay. I was anticipating one of the "pet" rooms on the first floor because of the online "deal" but I had a great room on one of the upper floors. Quiet and nice- fridge/coffee maker etc. Downtown location is nice. Convemiet parking. Good food close by. Very happy!!!

My Stay
I was not very impressed. First they did not have my reservations. I proceeded to show them my confirmation and sent it directly the evening. In the morning, they still not have my reservations. Second the bathroom toilet was not very clean. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable. The TV did not work well. The channel kept cutting out when i was watching shows. NBC especially. Thats it.

Good place to stay
It's a good combination of affordability and comfort. Bedroom was large and clean. Beds were good. Staff was friendly. Only downside was I could hear traffic from the street.

Ok, but expensive for what you get
Booked an executive king room. Called before booking and was told there would be a pullout couch. Room did not have a couch at all. Needed another bed so they gave us a room with two doubles, which actually was bigger. Only difference from the king executive is a microwave, even verified this with the staff. Staff was great and the location was walking distance from carrier dome and a few great restaurants and bars. Not quite worth the money.

Average Hotel Stay
Hotel room was Clean, but very old, built in 1926. Elevator was broken, had to walk the stairs. TV selections were very limited, like basic cable. The Cafe was very small & limited selection. No resturants within walking disctance.

East Syracuse has a few good resturants. i ate dinner one night at Texas Roadhouse. Very good!

Great hotel, cannot walk to downtown
Very nice hotel, but location was away from the downtown area which required getting into a car and driving. Serious elevator problems causing us to have to walk up six flights of stairs several times.

My AMBIT Trip to Syracuse to market family
