Terrible Hotel
our stay was terrible. The room was dirty, there were gross stains on the walls, there was an old moldy coffee filter left in the coffee pot, and one of the hotel staff "accidentally" opened and walked right into our room when we were in bed, because she "wasn't paying attention the the room numbers" Overall not a good experience!

Great hotel for the money
This is the first time that we stayed here and it was perfect. If you are flying into or out of Syracuse and need a nice hotel that has shuttle service to and from the sirport this is the place. The staff was very friendly and informative. I told them that we already booked another stay in oct and we were going to use the shuttle service and they explained all about it and then the next morning they reccommended a great breakfast place. The rooms were very clean.

Beware of Bed Bugs Here!
Was a very nice room, and the service seemed pretty good too! Unfortunately, i found (painfully), that they have Bed Bugs. I would not recommend anyone stay there. If you do go there, be very careful with your suitcase and clothes. In fact, you should try to leave everything in the car if you can. I took care and kept my stuff away from any surfaces (hung my backpack in the closet) and threw away my boxers after i woke up (just to be sure).

I ARRIVED EARLY FOR A WAKE AND FUNERAL. THE ROOM RESERVED WAS NOT READY, NONE WERE IN THAT PRICE RANGE, SO, THEY OFFERED A ROOM UPGRADE FOR NO EXTRA COST. IT WAS IMMACULATE, BIG AND ROOMY, AND VERY COMFORTABLE. SO EASY TO GET TO FROM THE AIRPORT AND CLOSE TO THE NYS Thruway. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. It was my second stay there and I would choose it again and again.

Just across the street are several franchise restaurants, a do-nut shop, pizza places, pharmacy, grocery stores. Everything a short term traveler needs fast without a hassle.

Comfortable place to stay
We visited and spent all our time with family. It was a comfortable place to go after a busy day. The beds were comfortable. The room could have been a little cleaner. The carpet looked like it hadn't been vacuumed for awhile. Also, when we needed clean washcloths, we weren't able to get them in the morning before we left for the day and when we returned in the evening, none were available then. These were small matters. We will definitely stay with you folks again.

Very comfortable
We were bowling in the Ladies National Tournament. The hotel was very convenient to the Oncenter and we were quite pleased.

good location, close to airport and many restaurants. If travelling with business or family good in and out hotel!

good place for a quick stay
we booked this room for a quick place to crash after going to the state fair. it was fine for the occasion but the room had a HORRIBLE urine smell i wasnt aware that animals are allowed at the hotel and i think that was the smell. other than the smell everything was great hotel was clean and very nice.
