We were a little disappointed in the poor planning of the hotel regarding having our room ready. We arrived at 3:00 P.M. (Saturday), and we were told it would be 45 min to one hour due to no availabliblity of clean towels. At 4:30 PM, the room still was not ready. We were meeting friends and could not wait, so we accepted another room, (a regular king room). They needed more laundry staff. The manager and front desk staff were very frustrated and did treat us very kindly, offering some free drinks and casino credits. Other than that, the room was clean and comfortable. We have stayed here several times and never encountered those problems.

Find another hotel
Check in time was 3pm Our room wasn't ready until 9pm One receptionist was completely rude. Kept telling me in an hour, for 6 hours. We have a special needs child and this became quite difficult. The hotel is completely run down, a/c not operating, shower doesn't work correctly, everything (rugs, curtains etc) need to be replaced. Conditions for price of room are definately not worth it. Spend extra and go someplace else. Breakfast is not worth the price either.

Not so great
The hotel was dingy, although the room itself was ok. It was close to stuff, walkable. Check in was smooth. The included breakfast was not great. We were with a group and they would not seat us together. There were several groups that day and they obviously could not handle the crowd. It was very expensive for the area and I expected a much better experience for the extra expense.

Starbucks was right there in the lobby and the staff there was great. They even gave me some milk for the in-room coffee (Starbucks in the room, yet they supply powdered creamer!)

Staff was friendly, especially the cleaning people. Hotel was nicely situated about 3 blocks from the falls.

Nice Hotel
Me and my wife stayed in the Hotel and had no complaints. Very Friendly staff. Rooms Clean. Great Location. Nice Hotle to stay at when visiting the rapid Theater

Personal getaway
the room is excellence, the king bed, wow!!! So comfortable that i feel asleep within few mintues. The location is perfect for walking distance to see the niagara falls and other adventures. The only thing is the exercise room which have half of machines are broken.

Orbitz Misled Me
The staff were unfailingly courteous and helpful. When we arrived, the room we had booked was taken, so they upgraded us without being asked to a bedroom plus a large living room, dining room and kitchen area, plus a second bath. I do have a complaint for Orbitz: I requested a room in Niagara Falls, Canada, and this hotel popped up -- in the USA. It's name is almost identical to a wonderful hotel in Canada. I did not notice the USA until too late.
