Just as expected
Got the corner suite with the hot tub. Very nice room but was what I would expect for the price. No complaints, had a great time. Side note: If you walk from the hotel to the falls its a nice touristy town, but the surrounding neighborhood is very sad. Lots of boarded up homes and graffiti. Just one block to the south was very scary. Worse than inner city Detroit.

Loved the hotel, hated the location
Lets face it Niagara Falls is pretty cold this time of year. Enjoyed staying in our corner suite and looking out over the falls, but not much to do outside this time of year.

Fantastic
The hotel was everything we expected and more, but we had only one major problem....we were very disappointed when we found out that the indoor pool closed at 8:30 for kids and 9:30 for adults. When we arrived, it was a bit busy and it took a while to get checked in, to get our things unloaded from our vehicle, and to get settled into our room. After freshening up, we went to dinner and then came back and planned to spend the rest of the evening with our three children at the indoor pool; and since we had been driving all day to get here, my husband and I were really looking forward to using the hot tub to relax a bit and then spend a little grown up time at the casino afterward. But we were shocked when we came back from dinner and found out that it was too late to go to the pool; most hotel pools are open till 11:00 pm. I think that it was very unfair to have the pool close so early, I feel that the kids need to have something to do while we are there, especially if we are paying for the accommodations, which was the most important reason that we chose this hotel; it was accommodating for everyone in our family from the 8 year old, the 15 year old up to the adult parents. Other than the pool closing early, we absolutely loved the hotel and the service was perfect.

Fantastic Vacation
From the time we arrived to the time we left it was fantastic. After arriving late due to problems at the airport we were put in a corner suite for the night due to no other non smoking rooms being left available. The next day every one was very helpful getting us into the originally requested room. Even with the main elevators being out of service due to a water main break we were able to get to and from our room with only a little wait time. We found the Three Sister Cafe to be excellent food and service. It was so nice having all the attractions within walking distance. If we ever take another trip to Niagara Falls we will certainly book it at Seneca Niagara Casino and Hotel.

close to the falls
pretty much standard fair if you like the casino atmosphere. room was excellent, very comfortable. room housekeeping was top notch.the rest of the place was typical casino. noisy, smokey and in general disaray. main elevators were broke. did not operate for 3 of the 4day visit. entire 27 floors of guest had to use 2 service elevators. staff could use a class on customer service. most were rather rude and of little help when asked for directions.
