Americas Best Value Inn

This was the worst hotel I have ever been in. First thing the room was not clean, it looked like it had never been dusted. The toilet didn't flush and the hairdryer that was right by the sink was broken by the outlet plug and had open wires exposed. Too prove that I wasn't making things up I went and took pictures of EVERYTHING and then ended up talking to some guests about the poor state of the rooms who were also unhappy. Went down stairs after an hour and then the front desk kept telling me to wait so she could wait on other people needless to say after an hour later she finally got to me told her about some stains on the pillows and the issues and her response was oh was the stain yellow colored? Asked for a refund and told me she couldn't only a manager could, I said ok let me talk to a manager and she told me oh the manager isnt in and won't be here till 11pm I said ok fine but I am leaving but I want to check out, her response I can 't check you out only a manager can but you can come back tomorrow at noon to check out!!! Called back later that night and the manager told me that because I took two hours to tell them they wouldn't give me a refund even though the front desk made me wait an hour to talk to them. Do not stay here, spend the extra $20-$30 and go somewhere else that actually cleans their rooms and doesn't have yellow stains on their pillows.

It was right off the exit which was nice. There was a Bob Evans and Dunkin Doughnuts in walking distance, very convient. About 10 minutes from the falls and attractions. As far as the room goes, the TV sucked, there was no fan in the bathroom, mold on the ceiling above my bed, the balcony looked over a nice parking lot/dumpster. The water was warm but not really all that hot. My key to get back into the room didnt work the second day i was there so i had to have them reactivate it, when asking one of the housekeepers to let me into my room, she couldnt speak much english so it was hard to communicate although she was very nice. Overall im glad i wasnt there to spend time at the hotel.

The staff was friendly, the room was spotless, no noise at night, the shower worked great. Everything I hoped for.

The staff were great! The hotel can use some renovations, it's too old the carpets should be changed. It was clean just a bit too outdated

we asked for a smoking room. we walked into the room the smoke was real bad and the dresser draws were dirty.we did not upack until we went to the store and bought air fresher.our room did not get vacuumed the whole time we where there.

To start with, the 3 men behind the desk spoke very broken English....hard to understand them. We couldn't find our room...had to go back to the lobby and ask how to get to our room. We were on the second floor and I am handicapped. No elevator, no room available on the first floor, so had to contend with the stairs for 4 days. Definitely not handicapped accessible. Bathroom was disgusting! Sliding doors to the balcony were filthy and no lights were working when we first went into the dark room. Had to find the switch above the headboard of the bed to make the lightswitch by the door work! Bed linens were never changed while we were there for 3 nights and for 2 days the carpets were not vacuumed. There was a tissue box built into the wall in the bathroom but no tissues. I would not stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone!!
