From the moment that guests lay their eyes on the Wolcott Hotel, they will notice its impressive construction, complete with classic French style and decor. This hotel prides itself on providing accommodation that is rich with elegance, but that is also reasonably priced. It is situated in a prime location, thus making it convenient for guests to walk to the many desirable sights, including shops, dining, world-famous attractions and theaters. Visitors can also obtain tickets to the numerous local attractions via the concierge desk. For those traveling on business, the Wolcott Hotel has a 265 square foot meeting room.

Girlie weekend away
Great location, within walking distance of Times Square and Broadway. We had view of someones fire escape, but kept blinds closed and meant that we had no noise from traffic! Foyer is very impressive, rooms however are basic, but very clean and comfortable. Lovely clean towels everyday! Staff were very friendly and always ready to help. The muffins served in the foyer at breakfast time were delicious and lasted us through to lunch. Would definitely stay again.

Will Be Back
This was our second time staying at the Wolcott. We find it to be ideally positioned for sightseeing,eating and anything you want to do in general. The hotel is nicely decorated, and the staff are very down to earth. You can book airport transfers,tickets for shows and trips at the concierge in the hotel foyer. Tea cofee and muffins are served in the foyer at breakfast time. We have been booked into a junior suite on the two occasions we have stayed at the Wolcott and have found the accomodation to be comfortable and spacious. We will be back in N.Y. again and will have no hesitation about staying here.

IDEAL LOCATION
This hotel is a no thrills/frills hotel but is ideally based for someone who does not want to spend too much time in a room. Right next to Broadway which leads to Time Square. Macy's is round the corner for those who like to shop. Empire State Building and Madison Sq Garden is also close by. We were not expecting breakfast but got Tea/Coffee and muffins every morning. Staff were polite and very helpful throught our stay. Hotel rooms are nice and clean with air con.

You do not need to eat in expensive restuarants. NY has plenty of Deli places and also food carts dotted everywhere that serve excellent food for a fraction of a price.

Near perfection
Was a little dubious with all the negative reviews but was lovely hotel in excellent location. Rooms cleaned and towels changed daily. Beds really comfortable, plentiful hot water for shower and efficient air Cronin room Staff helpful and friendly. Only critisism was no free wifi but Starbucks around the corner supplied this. Would definitely stay here again.x

August in New York
We had lovely stay at Wolcott Hotel, close to Empire State building and Times Square. We were surprised by free tea/coffee and lovely muffins every morning as weren't expecting breakfast. Lovely start to the day. Rooms were clean and staff friendly.
