good location and decent for the price. other than the mattresses being more like a sheet of plywood it wasn't too bad. A good nights sleep would've made the trip much better.

We had a fab week my husband and I in NYC and it was helped by using this hotel as our base, although we took our own kettle for hot drinks, it does have a microwave and full size fridge available. It is also just around the corner from Hells Kitchen area where we had various meals which were all good especially West Side Steakhouse. Room clean, tidy and comfortable.

Thank you so much for making our first time in New York an amazing time. The location was perfect didn't have to worry about my truck because it was in a safe remote area.

Hotel was by 9th street, safe area, police station across the street. The room was clean, bed ok. For a New York city budget hotel, the room was larger than expected. hear everything on the hallway. I would stay again for the price of $140.

Good location and free parking! But the stuff frond desk was mean.

We arrived early (10am) and check in wasn't till 3. We were given a ticket to park our car in the garage (free parking!) and kept our luggage in the car while we walked down the street to have lunch and explore the area. When we checked in we were assigned a room in the back of the hotel (3rd floor). It was smallish but adequate. The bed was comfortable and the room was nice and warm. There was a refrigerator and microwave but we ordered in supper from room service (which actually comes from a great little restaurant down the street). WIFI is not free. $6 a day. Get the code from the front desk. It's changed daily at noon.

The hotel was in close proximity of time square and that made it easy access.

Stayed for one night. Hotel was walking distance to Times Square and had FREE parking. You can't beat that. Had a small gym with modern equipment. There is a night club across the street so it was a little loud until 4am, but nothing really to complain about. Nothing a TV couldn't drown out. I'd stay there again. Staff was friendly and helpful.

what a horrible nitemare of a place!!! woke up to use bathroom in middle of the nite only to find a 3 in cockroach in bathroom i killed it an took dwn to front desk they say oh we never had this problem so went back to room to pack up an looked under bed had roach traps under both beds an under heating system...hmmm thought they didnt have a problem?? so now i risk bringing them back home...the emplyoyee offered nothing to take care of this matter..

For the value, this was hands down worth every penny. Right off the Lincoln Tunnel and a skip to Times Square, with easy access to the Subway and well, everything in NYC. For all the walking you have to do in NYC, it's still important to get a good night's rest, and that was close to impossible on the double size rock hard mattress the hotel provides. Small room, small bathroom - no problem - but I am still massaging my back from the bed. I'd stay again, but bring extra pillows and a comforter for body comfort.
