This hotel is a good value for staying in Manhattan. In 99% of the country it's probably a $40-$50 room, but compared to the rest of the city, it's a bargain. Stayed with my family of 4 for one night and it was fine, especially since we drove in late and they offer free parking for the night. The room/bathroom were small and the beds were a bit stiff, but I was happy to save the $200-$300 we would have paid for any other place.

This was not good---judging from my other new york experiences this was too too much-----bathroom tiny!!!!! one chair for 4 people-----no coffee in the morning!!!!!!!! had to ask for bath towels for 4 and glasses as well====my part of the hotel connected to the parking area

If you plan on staying for a night and want a cheap hotel, this hotel will fit your needs. However, the bathrooms are very small, the beds are pretty hard, there weren't any vending machines on our floor, it is across from a police station so you have to consider the noise level. Other than that, free parking and the parking garage attendant was cool. The front desk was friendly. We liked the location a lot, easy to hail a cab and even close enough to walk to Rockafeller Plaza. We stayed for the night to go to Live with Kelly & Michael. It was only a $10 cab ride to the studio from this hotel. Overall, the beds could've been better and I think that's my only gripe. The location was pretty great. Would stay there again if it was just overnight.

The room was nice, better than other NYC hotels that I've stayed in. It was clean & had great amenities. There was a back door that led to the pool, very convenient, but did not use because of cold weather. There was a kiosk at the lobby to buy tickets for shows & sightseeing trips.

While nothing fancy, I decided to give this place a try based on the price so I wouldn't have to drive close to 3 hours after a concert. Was a little leery after reading some reviews, but I must say, I am glad I stayed here. The location was fine, the room was clean. The heating system could use some updating, it was tough to adjust it for an overnight sleep and had to get up to turn it off after a couple of hours. The TV remote didn't work, but since I was just there to sleep I didn't bother reporting it to the front desk. All in all a positive experience for the price, and would stay there again.

Had a room with 2 double beds. Check in was efficient. Location of hotel was convenient to Times Square only 3 blocks away and all other attractions, restaurants and shopping. Biggest drawback to room was it was hot and stuffy. There is no A/C and separate heat. It is either one or the other. Had to open the window entire night to keep room at comfortable temperature. Upon doing that you hear all the club noise across the street and traffic noise. Staff did offer us to move to another room, but room was smaller. Parking was free as advertised.

It is very clean and comfort. Moreover, it has a quiet space to sleep. Fantastic hotel!!!!

Had no real complaints. Very good stay. Fan in the bathroom was loud but closed the door at bedtime and that solved the problem. Back-side was very quiet. Heard no street traffic. Rested real well. Will stay again.

The location was perfect! Walking distance from Times Square, metro, Empire State Building... The room was a good size, clean, but the bathroom was tiny and the bathtub was clogged! Overall it's a good deal, considering the location and the fact that they have complimentary parking.

great location...close to times square...unfortunately the hotel is across the street from a night club and a police dept...we had our own personal episode of COPS...hotel was nothing fancy, but we only needed a place to sleep after sightseeing...need to clean the candy wrappers under the dresser...for the price, free parking and location, i'd stay there again, just request a room on the other side of the hotel from 42nd street...
