Nice; not fantastic
Not enough food outlets, bathrooms are extremely small, concierge and front desk service was slow. No one went out of their way for us, they "did their job". Bathroom drains are awful. You have to dig your hand into the sink to open the drain and they drain really slowly. It felt unclean. We liked the Lower East Side location.

everything i hoped for
a four-star hotel with responsive and helpful service that lived up to expectations; beautiful modern interiors; spacious room (smallish bathroom); great views; perfect location on the lower east side with easy access to the subway.

Cool hotel
We had a wonderful stay. Location is right in the middle of bars and restaurants but parking is on the steep side. Expensive rooms tho.
