extremely helpful and friendly staff
The price for the location of the hotel was unbeatable. The staff was super friendly and helpful consistently. They upgraded my room to a newly renovated building and went out of their way to provide help for my emergency. I would definitely come back in the future.

Small rooms but great service!
From the greeting at reception through to checking out, the staff was very attentive, nice, "real", no attitude and made it fun to be there. The rooms are VERY small so for a short stay, it's not a problem. While the room is small, the bathroom didn't feel small which is important. If you are looking for a clean, nice great location hotel in the midtown west area, I would strongly recommend this one.

Great Location
This was our first trip to NYC, so we didn't know where anything was. The Time Hotel was in a GREAT location. The rooms were small but comfortable. Beds were comfortable and clean. The service was good. There were also little flies in our room the whole time...

Attractive Hotel in Great Location
The hotel was lovely and the staff was friendly. At check out, they charged us for a few items we did not purchase from the snack bar. They made adjustments to our bill and we left happy. Overall, a good experience.

It's difficult to pick one things it is near, since it's doors spill out to one of the busiest and attractive areas in New York. We were right on Broaday and Times Square so anything we wanted to see and do was right there.

A great price find
The price was right, the room was clean and comfortable, If I called for a blanket, bucket of ice, etc.. it was there in 2 minutes. Our daughter is in college in NYC and this hotel WILL be booked again!
