Stuck During Hurricane Sandy
Our flight out was cancelled and we had to extend our stay here for the duration of the storm. We called to extend and the front desk told us it would be $445 for the night! Considering the advertised price was $179, it is shameful and horrible that the Night Hotel would choose to take advantage of a natural disaster by raising the rate to three times what it typically is. In addition they informed us that the hotel services such as housekeeping etc would be cut. The management is only concerned with making money, not taking care of its guests. Stay somewhere else if you have the option.

Not for children.
Great staff! They made up for the extremely small room and tiny elevator that was very not available. Please do not bring children to this hotel. Can't beat the location which I guess supported the price.

Wonderful hotel. Right in the middle of everything. Staff (on all shifts) were very freindly, helpful and professional. Rooms are kept clean and suited me fine, since I didn't stay in the room much. Would have liked a view of the skyline, but overall I had a great experience in this hotel.

Wonderful hospitality and atmosphere
My boyfriend and I had a wonderful time at this hotel. We experienced courteous service from the moment we arrived. The ambiance is exactly how you imagine from the website photos. Now, I will say the room (1 queen) we stayed in was small, but that is to be expected from hotels in Manhattan. When it is all said and done, I would love to come back.

Not Just For Vamps Anymore
I truly am biting my tongue to not say how great my experience was......only because I don't want this to end up like some other hotels that were "tre-chic" before!

Very cool
The hotel was very affordable for its location and the whole staff was very friendly and accomodating. When I first arrived, my room wasn't quite ready yet, so for the inconvenience (which I didn't mind) they offered two complimentary cocktails. Also, the decor is very chic and sexy. Complimentary breakfast runs out quickly, but coffee was gooood. The location is walking distance to Grand Central and Madison Square Garden; our reason for staying. Would DEFINITELY stay there again!
