didn't get what we paid for

We picked this location to be close to our daughter's apartment which was a block away. Other than that advantage, we would not have stayed there. The TV did not work when we got there and the staff did not get it fixed until the third and last night of our stay. I thought we should get something for a refund, but the only thing the manager offered was 10% off of our next stay. My daughter moves in 6 weeks, so we didn't want that. There was no air conditioning and the windows would not stay open without a prop.

Misleading Pictures

Be aware that the pictures may not be the room you receive. We stayed for 5 days in a very cramped room. No one came to bring new towels, replace paper towels or check on anything. When I booked the room, the picture showed two beds and a couch. This is not the room I received and when I asked, the lady very politely told me that in the written description of the room it clearly stated one bed and pull out couch. The pull out couch was broken and repair attempted but not completed. The neighborhood is very loud at night.
