Great location, rooms were beautiful, rooftop lounge was really cool

We took a chance based on reviews and we're pleasantly surprised as to how nice it was. Greeted at the door by "welcome back" and the desk by the same, was a bit odd (the manager said we say it so that you will come back), but with the gracious service, we can understand why. The check-in was smooth and got a room even thou we were early. We booked a suite with a king-sized bed, and it was gorgeous and roomy. Funny, they said balcony, which was there, but no view except a wall from the next building!). Living room area had comfortable sofa bed chairs. The bed was great! Never slept better. No noise from the hallway (or even the elevator. The room was immaculate. The shower had one of the large nozzles that simulate a rain shower, and it was great taking a shower in the morning. The check-out was smooth and courteous, as was everyone on the staff.

Great staff: friendly, attentive, helpful. For a New York hotel, the room size couldn't be beat for the location and price. Easy walk to midtown, theaters, shopping. Quick access to Lex subway line.

Staying at the Kimberly was a very nice experience. The entire staff was extremely helpful and caring. The location was very convenient to many attractions the city has to offer. The entrance to the subway only a block away. Our suite was very comfortable, clean and spacious. In my opinion, a good value for your money.

It was the best hotel stay of my fiance and I traveling expiditions. After a flop at "Turn off the dark" wasting over $300, The Kimberely Hotel stay made everything a bliss. We will be back really soon. JohnTuck.

Nice hotel but we had several issues with our room. When we checked in, there were areas of the carpet that were still damp from having been recently cleaned. There was no remote for the tv so we could not use it. We called to report that and 45 minutes later, nothing had been taken care of. The room had a great, jetted tub but I could not take a bath because the stopper was broken. The most disappointing thing to me was the total lack of concern from the front desk staff when I reported these issues. Although this was a nice hotel in a good location, we will not choose to stay there again because of the poor response from the staff.

This hotel was centrally located, with easy access to the subway. The room was nicely furnished and looked like a room at a more expensive hotel. Excellent breakfast buffet.

The Kimberly Hotel is centrally located, within easy walking distance of the subway. The room was quite large by Manhattan standards. (I'm not sure what qualifies a room as a "suite." Ours was basically a nice big room). The room had furnishings that you might find at very expensive hotels. No negatives at all.

Great Location, Room had everthing you need. We will go back.

Nice Boutique Hotel. Prompt and Efficient staff. I would definitely come back.
