The Kimberly Hotel

This hotel is fantastic! Staff are amazingly friendly and helpful . When we arrived our room wasn't quite ready, so they held our bags for us so we could head out to explore, and also upgraded our room! Every experience from there was a good one! No complaints at all! Close and within walking distance from great New York attractions ..... Bring good walking shoes as you will be walking a lot! Would go back here in a heart beat!

The Kimberly turned out to be a really first rate hotel. The suite was a true suite, and large by most city standards. It was enormous by New York standards. The private balcony was a real plus. The location was good for midtown and easy walking to subways and shows. The staff was friendly, and helpful with the doorman recognizing us on day one. It's my hotel for New York stays.

The room was lovely with coffee maker, refrigerator and microwave. Bed was good, bath was sizeable. The only thing they need to do is put a light in the alcove where the coffee maker is located.

Very spacious room for what I'm used to in Midtown. I did get charged for High speed internet for both devices, still trying to get that off my credit card eventhough they said i would not be charged.

Good stay, great location, enjoy breakfast and parking benefits.

The Kimberly Hotel in NYC was awesome! The hotel staff is great, the room was huge and had a big beautiful balcony. It's in a great neighborhood close to a ton of great restaurants and bars. My wife and I couldn't have been happier. Definilty will be returning to The Kimberly.

The staff who checked us in on Christmas evening when we arrived were very good and made sure we had everything we needed. I would stay at this hotel again as it had very good service, Comfortable beds

Took my family to NYC for a show and dinner, hotel arranged for three rooms together which was a classy move in this busy holiday season. Rooftop bar was wonderful for late night drinks and music. Only complaint was that Sunday brunch ended at 11 which is too soon for a Sunday brunch. Rooms spacious and clean, with internet touch screen and comfortable beds. Definitely a very nice hotel for the cost.

We took a chance based on reviews and we're pleasantly surprised as to how nice it was. Greeted at the door by "welcome back" and the desk by the same, was a bit odd (the manager said we say it so that you will come back), but with the gracious service, we can understand why. The check-in was smooth and got a room even thou we were early. We booked a suite with a king-sized bed, and it was gorgeous and roomy. Funny, they said balcony, which was there, but no view except a wall from the next building!). Living room area had comfortable sofa bed chairs. The bed was great! Never slept better. No noise from the hallway (or even the elevator. The room was immaculate. The shower had one of the large nozzles that simulate a rain shower, and it was great taking a shower in the morning. The check-out was smooth and courteous, as was everyone on the staff.
