Large room, great location, a bit dated
Radiator looked like it was about to fall off the wall (chipping paint etc), but room and closet were huge, shampoo etc was fantastic, bed ultra comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Super nice staff
I stayed here a night for business. The location was close to my meeting. I like that they have a bar and restaurant in the building. The room was very clean and safe. The rooms were quiet however they were demo'ing a building next door - all night. Not their fault but I got like 20 mins of sleep. I was confused by the A/C that was turned on when I walked it. I didn't know if they use that for heat too. Esp since you can open the windows. I turned it off and it was fine. I turned it back on at about 4 am for ambient noise over the workers and set it for 70. The bathroom has great Philosophy products!! The tv remote was missing the back to hold the batteries in.....however the staff, particularly the doorman was great. I needed to check out at noon but was taking my client to lunch. They kept my bags for me safe and sound. The doorman was really great. He got a cab for me too. I accidentally walked into their fancier Tuscany hotel next door and their doorman said welcome back but didn't get the door for me....I'd def come back if I needed to be in the area again. My biggest rub was the lack of outlets for my computer and phone. I needed to move the nightstand and it was a little scary back there. My phone had to stay in the bathroom to charge. The wifi is unsecured even though you need a password.

good location
I had a great experience at The Court. Check in was friendly and helpful the room was nice and the bathroom had been updated. The double paned windows cut down on the street noise. I would stay there again.

For young travellers
Pretty good. Free WiFi, etc. Don't expect luxury, though. No curtain. Traffic is noisy. Bar and restaurant not attractive.

not that great
Lobby was fine and inviting. But the room was otherwise. Some lights didn't work, heat likewise, phone didn't work properly, furniture well worn.

Midtown business
I love this hotel. If you pay up for a larger room, its completely worth it and you could easily sleep a family in these rooms. Ideally positioned if you are doing business or playing in midtown just south of Grand Central. Also a short walk to Union Square.

No loyality points????
Because I booked through a third party the hotel would not give me any loyality points. Also, room looked tired and dirty .... even if new grout was laid in the bathroom this would be a major improvement. Overall the room showed lack of being cared about .... bed skirt was never pulled out from in between mattresses once the sheets were changed .... there was debris on the floor where the vacuum missed. Furniture was worn. If I didn't have any other choices - I would stay here again .... but there are a lot of Manhattan hotels to choose from. Location was really enjoyable however. Wasn't too cracked up about the front desk staff. Not too friendly or welcoming. Security guys were exceptionally friendly however.
