Sheraton New York Times Square Hotel

Hotel was situated in a very good location on Times Square, Initial reactions were very good, lobby was very attractive. Check in was smooth only a 5 minute wait. Our room was on floor 28 with a poor view of high rise buildings. We were not impressed with housekeeping it was very hit and miss, sometimes you received your full quota of towels, coffee, milks etc and sometimes you would receive nothing. Overall a reasonable hotel, but I have stayed in much better Shearton hotels elsewhere.

Friendly and helpful staff. Room was comfortable and pillows were great. Still under renovation so the bathroom door still needed new paint (chipping at the bottom) and the desk chair had tears in it causing the stuffing to show.

Great value, location, staff and our room was immaculate. Very pleased with the overall experience.

Usually stay at the Sheratton Times Square across the street, but Ihad always been curious about this one. It looks stunning from the outside in the pics, and thought it must have something very different. I thought it would have that special something at 380 a night, considering I have paid far less for a stay at the Waldorf and the Hudson. Not that anything in the hotel is especially bad, but for that price, I was expecting something... different. The rooms are small, not Hudson hotel small, but very small for the price being paid; they are not especially fancy either. The staff is just OK. Something weird that had never happened me at any hotel: the hotel charges you USD $10.00 for any package or mail you receive at the hotel, which I thought was outrageous. All in all, if you are looking for price/location, you can do much better. If you are looking for luxury you can also do much better. I would stay again at this place maybe for USD $200, don't spend a dollar above that amount on this place.

We stayed for 5 nights at this hotel and could not fault it. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The reception was immaculate. The rooms were spacious and exceptionally clean. It was an ideal location as the subway stop was underneath the building and the tour bus stopped a couple of blocks down. It was a leisurely 10 min wallk into the heart of Times Square. I would highly recommend the hotel.

*Room had a funky odor *Stayed on the 34th floor; good view. *Elevators slow and crowded at prime hours of the day *Staff very courteous Reasonable hotel for first time visitors, like me. If I go back to NYC, I will stay in Brooklyn Heights and avoid the Times Square crowds.

We usually stay right in the center of Times Square but decided on Sheraton, a few blocks north. Location turned out to be great as it was essentially right around the corner from The Gershwin Theater where we were seeing Wicked. Being a few blocks north of Times Square also put us closer to Central Park, which was nice. Our room was a standard "king". It was smaller than what we're used to at other 4-star properties in midtown and the bed certainly wasn't a king...more likely queen. Bathroom was similarly small but both bathroom and guest room were both clean & modern.

The place is clean and convenient to Broadway if you're attending a show. Nice bar area for after show relaxing. The price is right too.

Great location, subway entrance was right next to the hotel and a Starbucks right across the street for early morning caffeine. It was a quick 2 block walk to Cemtral Park and a two block walk to our theater. Several restaurants were in walking distance as well. We will stay here next trip as well.

I was in New York to attend a performance at Lincoln Center. It was a rainy night and I was able to get a taxi at the 53rd Street entrance without standing in line on 7th Avenue. The room was small but comfortable. I am a starwood preferref guest so my checking in was quick.

Our first trip to NYC. The hotel was perfectly located, halfway between Central Park and Times Square, next to a subway station, on the open-top bus route, surrounded by diners & restaurants. Really nice rooms, pleasant and helpful staff. Clean, nicely maintained. The only weakness we felt was that the 'sports bar' and adjacent public seating area at the front of the hotel were lacking in atmosphere and the bar menu was pretty limited and uninspiring. Tried the bar once for food & drink but didn't return. Not a huge problem as there's lots of eateries & drinkeries in the area, but an area for improvement. Would definitely return to the hotel.

No hassel, easy, stressfree time had by whole family

We had a really very nice experience at the NYC Sheraton. The staff was great and the room was very clean and well appointed. The staff was very helpful they really could not do enough for us if we had a question or needed something. The only negatives were that check in took a while to get through. We arrived at about 230pm on a Saturday and at that time they were extremely busy checking in many guests; given that check-in is at 3:00pm we probably set ourselves up for this one. The other was that the room was a little bit the small side given that there was a king sized bed in it. Still even with these "negatives" we enjoyed ourselves and would definitely go back to the Sheraton again.

Great location in midtown. Comfortable beds! Great staff! All added to a great weekend of enjoying the sites of NYC!

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel everything was clean service was good everyone was courteous it's a great place we will go back again.

The location couldn't be better. We were close to Times Square, Central Park, Theater District and several shops. All were walking distance. We were not happy with the size of the beds they were too small and not comfortable and you could hear the people next door on both sides. I only recommend the location of this hotel if you don't plan on hanging out in your room.

Exceptionally courteous staff--we arrived early, 9am (for a 3 pm check-in), and were promptly and courteously given a room. The room was spacious, well appointed, with a beautiful chaise longue and ample desk space. Only missing amenity was a fluffy bathrobe in the closet--otherwise, it doesn't get any better!

Great location to theaters and restaurants. Staff was helpful room was clean and a decent size for a ny hotel. The maid came to do the room at 10:00 even tho we were checking out at 12:00. other than that it was an overall good experience

Very upset being that i paid for a room with a king size bed, and when i checked in i was given a room with one full size bed. I tried to change it for what i paid for, but there was no more room with king size bed available. I find it very disrespectful and would not recomebd to anyone.

It should be better place for breakfast, lunch and dinner

The hotel is clean, comfortable, and has all the amenities you expect from a 4 star hotel. It's just 5 blocks from times square, so perfect for sight seeing and all the broadway shows. Over Chistmas they offer great discounts, so compared to other times and for the hotel level it was a steal.

Great staff, good not great. Only bad thing was that they had no free wifi at the room, something which is rather standard at other hotels. anyhow, OK.

Fabulous time! Beds superior comfort. Hotel wlaking distance to all the tourist hot spots:Time Square, Central Park, 5th Ave shopping, NBC/CBSstudios, Ed Sullivan Theatre right around the coner, Empire State Bldg, fab restaraunts, and great pubs walking distance. Blue line subway right on the corner. Other connections 1 block away. Little Italy and Chinatown short subway rideaway for 2.75 each way. Hotel tickets and touring THE BEST! Got tickets to Evita here...Fab seats! Print boarding passes off in the reception lobby. Very clean and reccommend highly if going to NYC!

The over all experience was good .. There were a lot of hidden charges that a regular hotel would not charge . I.e .. Wi-fi charge (super 8 hotel would not charge for that service ) , to hold my luggage there was a charge, to use the gym there was a charge.. Location was great but I really expected more from a Sheraton chain hotel ..

Although we checked in earlier than the allotted time, our room wasnt ready, but we were comped with free WiFi in our room for the full stay. Great welcome at reception. Location is fantastic. We didnt eat or drink at the hotel so i can't comment on that.

We stayed at the Sheraton in Time Square. The location was great. Steps away from the theaters. The room was nice and the bed very comfortable. there was a little mold in the shower which is the reason for the room cleanliness. We were charged to check our bags ($3.50 each) which I never had to do at other hotels. The parking was on site, but cost $50 (for 24 hours). Not bad for New York. Overall, we were happy.

2 friends & I (22-23 yrs old from London) stayed for 8 nights over New Years eve. We didn't know what to expect of the hotel since reading various mixed reviews online. We arrived at the hotel at 3:10pm (check in is 3pm) - we were told our room wasn't ready and were told to come back in an hour. We were given a pass to store our luggage in the hotel bag check for free. We arrived back to the hotel at about 4pm of which the room was ready - the reception staff all really pleasant. We were told we had a corner room on 32nd floor which was 'big' - we just thought it was average but still pleased. The room was clean. We asked for additional hangers for our wardrobe and these were brought up straight away. Only negative of the room was that there was no free wifi. The only free wifi is in the lobby for 30 minutes at a time. The hotel lobby is usually always buzzing with people, you may have to queue to check in but it moves quickly. We also used the concierge desk to book tickets for an attraction which was so easy to do. There was scaffolding still outside the hotel for ongoing renovation work - but didn't effect us. We only noticed noise from the work on our last couple of days but we didn't hear this in our room. You won't get a better location for the value for money - you literally walk a few blocks and you get to Times Square.

The location was fantastic and the concierge were very helpful and offered great suggestions. The room was not comfortable. My husband and I and our 20-year-old son had a room with 2 full beds, which are only slightly larger than a twin, so we did not rest well at all. Those beds just do not hold 2 adults comfortably! The staff put us off for 3 days promising a room with a king bed and sleeper, but it never happened and was a pain to keep dealing with every day. I would not stay there again unless I was guaranteed better sleeping arrangements. The room was very tiny as well, although very nice.

Pricey for not offering breakfast, good room views but small rooms.

My children and I visited NYC over the holidays and the hotel was booked full! The staff was accomodating and gracious, even though they were super busy. The rooms were somewhat small but that's to be expected in any large (older) city. The location was great, we felt like we were right smack in the middle of it all. We loved NY and really enjoyed our stay at the Sheraton, we will definitely be back!

Hotel not worth the money i paid. Crammed too many rooms in making the bathroom way too small. Fantastic bed though!! Can you believe roadworks went on all through the night! Not the hotels fault but soundproofing could have been better.

Hotel was in Manhattan on the west side, one subway stop away from the family we were visiting. Touristy area with higher prices right around the hotel, so we didn't eat or shop on that block. Loved the look of the room. Lovely, sparkling white duvet and sheets. Highlight was the lovely, oh-so-comfortable pillows(four to a bed!). Top sheet was so starched? or something, but every toss and turn over in the night woke me and my daughter up! So loud, like sleeping in newspaper. Also, hotel was doing construction on the fourth floor, jack hammering during the day, and the the city was doing likewise in the street outside our window until midnight and then starting up again before six in the morning. We reserved a king, but they kindly traded us for two beds I thought would be queens, but were fulls. Maid service was ok. I would stay there again, but might inquire about construction. The lobby was gorgeous and the price was doable. We were there January 2013, not 2012, but form wouldn't input the new year.

It is a great Hotel, with a excellent location... it's in the middle of anything... subways, central park, time square, broadway. The staff was great, nice people, nice chat with everyone there.

Great hotel location. We were very pleased how convinient and easy it was to walk to any destination. Conviniently located near Times square, Central Park, St.Patrick Cathedral, Trump Tower, etc. Lots of shopping stores, restaurants, etc. Hotel was is very nice, and staff was very helpful and friendly. I would recommend and choose this hotel again for my next stay. Room a bit small, but that is NY!!:))

Good but not great. The room is small for the price. The bed is comfortable but smell strange on the linens. The bell man infront of hotel is not very friendly and not very helpful. I guess is all about money.

The helpful staff was welcoming and recognized that we were in a rush to get to a show and helped us along the way! This location was easy to access and provided a pad to quickly get around to attractions for a quick holiday visit to NYC. Would stay again.

My husband and I had a great experience, staff was friendly and hotel was in a great location. The room was a little small, but very clean.

My sister and I thought the location was great. We could head out in any direction and see the wonderful locations ( Times Square, Rockafeller Plaza, Central Park and many more) that New York holds. Would recommend the Sheraton to anyone who wants to just be in the heart of New York.

The hotel was elegant enough, yet family friendly to make us feel right at home! The location was perfect!! We walked to many places and if needed we quickly got a cab or took the subway. Very centrally located!! Our two big events were attending the Macy's parade and a Broadway musical...both assessible by walking. I would stay here again!!!

With this being my first trip to NYC and coming in after Hurricane Sandy I was worried. The Sheraton staff and Hotel placed that worry to rest. Location was great could walk to everything I wanted to do or catch subway and cab easily if needed. Time Square was just right outside the door. Would stay here again hands down. AWESOME is what I will end with!!!!!!!!

Room was a little tight (small) for the price paid. Had to wait until exactly 3PM to get room which is understandable. However, once we were in the room unpacking and trying to relax a little someone was knocking on our door to change the shower curtain liner. I would think that would have been taken care of prior to check in. Overall it was a good stay.

I booked this hotel on a recommendation from a friend who'd stayed there last year. The staff was very accommodating and one of the bellmen - Gary McNair - was instrumental in getting us a car for the Barbra Streisand concert on Saturday evening. We had planned on taking a cab but he pointed out we'd have a REALLY hard time getting back to Manhattan after the concert. Thank you, Gary! Great suggestion! This hotel has a very convenient location with plenty of restaurants, pubs and shopping close by. Also a short walk to the subway. We've always stayed in Greenwich Village in the past with my sister in law but now that she's in River Dale, we will most definitely stay in Midtown and the Sheraton was a wonderful experience!

this is my second stay in new york, the location was perfect, easy access to all the place you want go, highly recommend.

the renovations are wonderful , except the bathrooms could use some hooks to hang wet towels, and the rooms could use free Wi-Fi access. $6.99 for a cup of tea at the lobby bar is a little much to swallow! The staff were helpful, accommodating, and friendly. Beds are extremely comfortable. Love the new blinds that darken the room. Proximity to theaters, shopping, and museums is perfect.

This Starwood property is in a perfect location steps away from Time Square, and is very up to date. Although the room was small, its New York standard, and was very clean and well appointed. The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom immaculate. I will definitely stay there again next time I am in the city.

My overall experience was good, i only stood one night, the room was on the smaller side but everything was easily accessible and check-in/out was a breeze, the onsite parking valet was a breeze as well! No problems even despite the CLINTON INITIATIVE being held there and top nation leaders being near by and extra security. I'd go back!

The hotel room was a tight fit like many hotels near Times Square, but not nearly as bad as others I've stayed in. Unfortunately, they would not put a roll away bed in the room due since it would then become a fire hazard. However, there was really nothing at all wrong with the room. It was of high quality. The location of the hotel for the amount of money I paid was very good. I would recommend staying here just on that point alone.

It was a pleasant surprise to be upgraded at registration, as well as to receive complementary internet. The young woman who checked us in was very pleasant and polite - things often lacking these days. The room was spacious and updated, and the bed was quite comfortable. This was our second say, and we will definately be back.

Beautiful room, and great location. I used the easy check-out and deposited my keys in the box in the lobby. When arriving in Boston, I happened to check my credit card, and they have posted a $ 50 charge. Now I have to call to see what that is. I prepaid everything prior to going, did not use the mini bar, wi fi in room, or buy anything. That is what is bothering me - what is this for. Now I must waste time and call them to have them explain this faulty charge and take from my credit card. Other than this, all fine.

stayed because of its location in times square. clean, simple and worth your money. only issue was the smell of odd odor...maybe since it was renovated recently.

This hotel is 4 stars??? The bed smelled bad, the bathroom smelled bad. They charge extra to use the workout facility and they overcharged my credit card.

Shoe box room & tiny bathroom with outdated decor. Beds were terribly uncomfortable. Extremely expensive & our room was not ready until 11:30 PM! To make up for our room not being ready they did give us a dining voucher where they serve burgers & fried foods. Huge stomach ache!

We always enjoy staying at this Sheraton. The location is half-way between the theater district and Central Park. We had a problem with our air conditioner the first day, and maintenance came and quickly corrected it.

Our stay would have been more enjoyable if the cleaning staff would have brought enough towels so we wouldn't have to call guest services everyday to request more towels. They should pay attention to the number of guests staying in each room.

Location, location, location! Very clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Room small but nice. Exterior door to our room had no seal (it was almost 1/2" gap between door and frame), we heard every little activity on the corridor. It could be just our luck. Overall good place, we would stay there again.

The Sheraton is in the perfect location if you're planning to see a Broadway show. It was about a two block walk to the Eugene O'Neill theater where we were going. Parking was a pain. Was told by valet to drive around side of hotel and go up the first ramp... but the parking garage was over-filled and they parked the back ramp full of cars. Drove back to the front lot entrance, and it was filled with customers waiting for attendants to take their cars. Had to drive around the block again so I wasn't blocking traffic. All in all parking turned out to be a 40 minute adventure. Once inside the hotel our stay was great. We dropped our stuff off at the bag check early and walked away before they gave me a ticket, but when I went to retrieve it they were very easygoing. Check-in was simple. Room was basic but nice.

The hotel really was great. Very friendly staff that answered all my questions and helped me during my first stay in New York City. The hotel and the rooms were clean. The bathroom was good, and the television was nice as well. My first complaint is that the room size is very small. We had two double beds in our room, and hardly any space to walk around. Very tight quarters. But, that's probably expected as it is a good price, compared to other places that are within walking distance of Times Square. The location of the hotel was perfect; we walked to Times Square, to Central Park, and to numerous subway stations. We watched four different broadway shows while we were there, and we either walked to the theaters, or took the subway down to Times Square, and walked from there. My other minor complaints are that wifi internet service is not included in the price of the room, and movies on demands were extremely expensive. I wasn't going to pay $15 just to watch a movie! All in all, I'd recommend this hotel. Just note the few minor negative points.

Our hotel room was not properly cleaned. There was dirt and dust everywhere. The trash was not taken out, our beds were not made, and none of the typical "tidy up" was done by room service. For the amount of money paid for this room, the service was unacceptable. Also, the ice machine was broken.

Erittäin hyvä sijainti: ei ihan Times Squarella vaan 3 minuutin matkan päässä siis ihan täyshulinasta. Se mitä jäin kaipaamaan hotellihuoneesta oli käsisuihku ja normaalisuihku. Käytettävissä oli amme ja kiinteä suihku ja kylppäri oli pieni. Mutta nämä ovat pikkuseikkoja verrattuna kaikkeen muuhun hyvään.

Standard för ett fyrbäddsrum är två queen-size sängar. Två vuxna personer får dela på en ca 120cm säng och ett täcke. Försökte byta rum med det fanns inga lediga.

Allgemein gutes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal und an perfekter Lage (zwischen Time Square und Central Park) und mit suuuper angenehm weichen Betten. Was ich bemängel möchte: Wi-Fi in Zimmer kostenpflichtig, nur in Lobby gratis, Gepäckaufbewahrung kostet $ 3.25 pro Stück (!), Ringhörigkeit (kaum Isolation der Fenster, Türen und Wänden), Aufzüge waren auch in einem von den Liftschächten entfernteren Zimmern während ganzer Nacht zu hören (Ear Plugs schufen dann Abhilfe ;-))

Wir waren für 6 Nächte im Sheraton und waren begeistert von der super Lage! In 5 Minuten ist man am Times Square, vor dem Rockefeller, oder im Central Park.

Everything was near and it was easy to choose any subway if wanted to travel in different directions. Breakfast was reasonably priced (19 - 27,50 not including taxes and gratuity) compared to other places at the city. You could choose one breakfast buffet from three options and there was good choice of berries ja fruits and warm dishes. Free internet in the lobby was great and also customer computers and possibility to print. Free water bottle would have been nice with these room rates but was not included in our room.

Wir waren eine Woche im Frühling im Sheraton. Das Hotel ist perfekt gelegen, für die Erkundung der Stadt sowie auch für den Transfer von und zu JFK. Personal war sehr freundlich, das Hotel war sehr sauber, super Aussicht aus dem 43. Stock! Sehr zu empfehlen!! Wir würden immer wieder hier buchen.

Das Hotel ist von Preis/Leistung sehr gut. Leider muss ich mich beschweren über das Personal. Ich habe einige Artikel im Zimmer vergessen und gleich am darauf folgenden Tag eine Mail gesendet. Drei Tage später noch keine Antwort. Ich habe mich dann telefonisch nochmals gemeldet, aber sie hat mir nur gesagt dass bis jetzt noch nichts gefunden wurde, sie werde sich aber wieder melden. Heute, drei Wochen später, warte ich immer noch. Deshalb bin im Nachhinein sehr entäuscht.

avec les enfants , nous avons pu facilement accéder aux musées, times square, bus à étages...tout était à portée de nous par la situation de cet hôtel.

literie excellente. pomeau de couche pas très pratique. ménage et change tous les jours. internet gratuit dans le hall. on ne sait si le contenu du frigo est compris dans la chambre.

Sauberes hotel, aber viel zu kleine dreier zimmer. Wc und waschbecken pfeifen und machen grossen lärm bri gebrauch. man hört dies auch von den nachbarzimmer.

Nous sommes restés une semaine à 4 personnes (2 adultes, 2 enfants) dans une chambre avec 2 lits doubles. Les lits auraient pu être plus larges. Dommage, qu'il n'y ai pas eu une prise en charge du petit déjeuné dans la formule.

Great location: everything is nearby. Friendly staff. Rooms were clean, although it was under construction while our stay. The walls and doors were like paper: every sound (and noises from the street) were really clear. Should you wanna sleep, make sure you have earplugs with you.

Hotel sehr toll platziert, gute öv-verbindungen. Es ist bei der Reservation überhaupt nicht erwähnt, dass Frühstück nicht inbegriffen ist. Echt böse überraschung für den Preis. An der Rezeption ist mit 20 min wartezeit zu rechnen, von 6 schalter waren 2 offen um 3 nachmittags. Bei check out etwas kürzer. Zimmer schön, sauber, still. in 3 tagen 2mal falsch-feuer-alarm in lautstärke, welche toten wecken kann. Kein pool, weil sie es verkauft haben, und einfach kein frühstück. Ticket-pult im hotel ist zu vermeiden, sie haben kein sport und kunst kontingents, können aber alles bestellen für 2-3fachem preis. Insgesamt korrekt, aber nichts mehr. Für paar nächte gut, für längere zeit was anderes suchen. Würde man mehr von einem solchen hotel mehr erwarten.

War sehr angenehm...doof das das gym zusätzlich kostete

bei unserer Ankunft waren die Zimmer noch nicht bereit. Wir mussten also mal gute 5 Std warten bis wir dann ins Zimmer durften. Ok gut, wir erhielten eine Gutschrift von $ 100.- , aber nach einer 15 Std Reise waren uns die $100.- dann auch Wurst. Wir buchten für drei Personen, im Zimmer waren dann zwei je 160cm-breite Einzelbetten auf dem einen dann zwei Personen sich alles andere als breit machen konnten. Auf unsere Anfrage an der Reception ob man vielleicht ein Zimmer (gegen Aufpreis natürlich) mit drei Betten oder wenigstens mit zwei grösseren Betten umbuchen könne, wurde man (leider sehr abwimmelnd) in Kenntnis gesetzt dass es in NY City keine Hotels gäbe mit drei Betten im Zimmer (ob das nun wirklich so ist weiss ich nicht). Man könne uns lediglich drei Einzelzimmer in verschiedenen Etagen anbieten... und das alles mit einem grimmigen Blick und einer genervten Stimme der Recetionistin! uns wurde es dann zu blöd und wir gaben klein bei. Durch das, wollten wir uns unsere Ferien nicht vermiesen lassen... Alles in Allem war das Hotel ganz ok, jedoch hätten wir von einem "Sheraton" mehr Komfort erwartet.. z.B. schmudelige Teppichböden gehen gar nicht. Staub auf den Kommoden und Fingerabdrücke der letzten Gäste (oder vom Reinigungspersonal) muss man auch nicht wirklich vorfinden müssen.. Tja, es gibt ja glücklicherweise noch andere renommierte Hotels in dieser Mega-Stadt! Ansonsten kann man genau so gut direkt in einem Holiday-Inn einchecken... ;-)

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in NYC. Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen. Die Ausstattung und der Komfort sind überdurchschnittlich aber nicht hervorragend. Das Personal an der Reception warum zum Teil sehr kurz angebunden und unfreundlich. Eine Ausnahme ist Herr Lazaro, der uns sehr freundlich und kompetent bediente. Wir fanden es schade, dass für einige Dienstleistungen zusätzliche Spesen verrechnet werden (WLAN und Gepäckdepot). Wir können aber das Hotel durchaus weiterempfehlen.

Das Hotel liegt Zentral an der 7 ave 53 Street in Manhatten Perfekt gelegen für Ausflüge, Timesquare, Zentralpark 5 Ave (Shopping) alles in 10 min zu Fuss erreichbar Empire State Building , Medison Square Garden 20 min zu Fuss Bei Bedarf Fittness Wellness im Hotel Broadway Shows ( auch Alle anderen Events ) können auch gleich im Hotel gebucht werden Vor dem Hotel hat es auch gleich Agents bei denen die Hop On Hop Off Touren gebucht werden können Sehr empfehlenswert da der Pass 48 Std. Gültig ist und nicht alles an einem Tag gesehen werden muss Ich gehe sicherlich wieder in das Hotel Personal sehr freundlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit Einziger negativer Punkt, für wifi im Zimmer muss bezahlt werden und ist nicht ganz billig

Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen, den Times Square erreicht man in ungefähr 5 Gehminuten. Hop on / Hop off Buse fahren direkt um die Ecke. Gute Möglichkeit zum Frühstücken im «Maison» direkt über die Strasse. Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Hotelzimmer war z.T. etwas laut, nicht wegen dem Strassenverkehr sondern wegen anderen Gästen, war aber nicht weiter tragisch. Alles in Allem sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel.

L'hôtel est extrêmement bien placé ! Entre Times square et central park c'est l'idéal ! La chambre était propre, la douche navait malheureusement pas assez de pression, gênant pour rincer des cheveux long..! Le personnel agréable !

We were in NY for New Year's eve and it was amazing. This hotel is very well located, it's a huge building, maybe the lobby's a bit noisy but anyway it's a good deal for NY!

Parin korttelin päässä Time Square'stä, metroasema vieressä. Museoihin kävelymatkat. Alueella myös paljon ravintoloita, mutta hinnat korkeampia kun etelämpänä koska alueella liikkuu paljon turisteja.

Generell ein angenehmer Aufenthalt; die Lage war gut, die Zimmer in Ordnung; jedoch nichts herausragendes und definitiv kein Luxushotel! Störend war das der Lobby immer so überfüllt war.

Séjour mémorable. Le service de l'hotel est digne de la réputation des américains avec toujours un "May I help you".

Das Hotel liegt super zentral, Nähe Times Square, Broadway, ...

Wir waren über Silvester in diesem Hotel. Zu dieser Jahreszeit ist extrem viel los, doch das Personal hat sein möglichstes gemacht, um Wartezeiten und Unannehmlichkeiten zu vermeiden - Kompliment. Die Lage ist perfekt, eine Metrostation ist vor der Tür und in 5-10 min ist man zu Fuss zum Times Square oder den Shoppingstrassen. Für einen Städtetrip sehr zu empfehlen.

Sauberes Hotel, unkompliziertes Personal und grosszügige Zimmer. Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt mit der Familie, exzellentes Frühstückbuffet mit freundlicher Bedienung. Achtung: Bei Wirelessbenutzung AGB's lesen, $14.99 ist pro Tag und pro Device! Kann also teuer werden..
