Romantic getaway
Room was tiny, two of us could not be in the bathroom at the same time . The room was the size of a closet. The sevice needs to be greatly impoved. We asked for a refrigerator for my husbands meds. and the bellman told us to use the mini bar. So i did and then got charged for the items I removes and put on top of the bar so I could put his meds. in. I called down to get a cab and they only go by first come first serve. We got down there and the bellman put busimen ahead of us I had to get my own cab. We were told when we purchased over $300.00 of tickets we would not have to wait in line just get right on the boat. Well THAT Didnt happen we had to walk acroos the terminal and wait in line to get the boarding tickets and then they could not find them. The dinner cruise was fabulous and they called us a car to get back to the hotel, I think the Sherton should up the standards if they want to stay on 7th ave.

First memorable visit to New York
A fantastic experience from start to finish enabled by expert provision and absolutely excellent accommodation. The room was extremely clean and comfortable; the hotel facilities were all you could wish for and we would certainly return there again without hesitation.

Poor front desk service
Room is nice but service is especially disappointing. check in line was 40 people waiting - took more than 1/2 hour to check in. Same with checking out. Long check in line to store your luggage. Seems disorganized and not interested in guest's happiness

Perfect!
The hotel made our stay in NYC perfect. The location was great and the amenities of the hotel were wonderful. I will recommend this to friends and look forward to staying there again when I return.

Noisy lobby!!!
I think this hotel is terrible. I do not recommend to use. Lobby is noisy by high school kids. Room is small and dirty. This hotel trys to get extra charges for everything, e.x., baggage claim, fittness, internet, et al. I decide to have never used Sheraton`s hotels in my life. God bless you!

Wonderful Trip
This Hotel was perfect for us, great coffee/breakfast area which turned into bar/light meals area in the evening. Internet free anywhere in the Lobby. The concierge were so informative with any request asked of them, and the location was spot on. Certainly want to return.

Try the Stage Deli across the road, $10 for breakfast (until 11am daily), including coffee, portions big enough to feed two. Fabulous food.
