Great one night stay!
As a native New Yorker sometimes it just nice to get away even within your own area. My boyfriend and I stayed at this hotel for one night, the interior is exciting and electic and the roof top bar was great! Good trip, good price.

Great city escapade!

Fantastic city hotel
Great hotel and location for a city centre break. Room was well appointed and very clean. Reception staff were very welcoming and the concierge very knowledgeable and helpful.

Fantastic, Central Location. Every thing is nearby.
Over all satisfactory, Rooms are small specially for the couples. Breakfast is of 2 star standard, not appreciated in any way.

the location was really perfect and it has good stuff too, I enjoyed my stay in this hotel and if i had a chance to go to nyc again , I would absolutely choose this hotel.. I have visited NYC many times but I never stayed in a hotel that has a perfect location like hotel 47 !

Fun in NYC for fleet wk
location, location, location!
The best location, extremely friendly and helpful front desk and nicest doormen! Parking across street was reasonable for Forty per night for Times Square. The street was excellent for walking to anything around Times Square, metro at corner was a main line to anywhere in NYC, so no changes needed. Needed disabled room, no problem at all. Only negatives, some trash in bathroom floor was missed, all inside rooms, no view (not a biggie) requested a roll away bed, never got one..... This is a no pets hotel, but website had listed as pet friendly......we took our "service dog" They were nice about it, didnt make us leave. Quilt and pillows are Feather - alert for those allergic, they do have alternative linens just ask.

The Yum Yum Thai restaurant on 9th and 47, has three locations all in a row.The food was excellent, not expensive, and fast, very fast with the fixed and ala carte menus. Excellent for before or after a show tickets. $16.95 for app, salad/soup,main, drink and dessert. The siam beef for $11.95 was tasty, tender beef. Black rice, not a good choice, get the white/brown. The beef used in Pad Thai, difft meat quality, no good, get the chicken or shrimp if get pad thai or any of the delish currys. Enjoy!
