Husband's 50th birthday
The highlights of this hotel location for us were proximity to Time's Square and the subway. The hotel included breakfast, which I am sure saved us some time and money. Highlights of the hotel staff were the birthday card and mini cupcakes sent up for my husband's birthday!

Great location, Nice energy, tiny rooms
We stayed one night for business. We enjoyed the happy hour on the rooftop lounge. Staff is friendly and top notch. Great energy and location. The rooms are amazingly small and smelled musty.

Thin walls
This hotel is beautiful. Location is perfect. Staff is excellent and friendly. The room was great tho a bit small. The bathroom was nice but the shelving and counterspace was nonexistant. Still it was elegant and space is a minimum so I sort of understood. However, the walls were very thin. We could hear full conversations people were having in the lobby downstairs (we were on the 2nd floor), not to mention people in the hall or in the room across from us.

Great holiday weekend
The hotel staff was very helpful and very friendly. The hotel location is very convenient for walking to most all attractions and very close to subway system. The setup for the continental breakfast could be arranged better to keep you from waiting in line if you are in a hurry.

Great place to sleep
Great staff decorated well wonderful location in the middle of everything Room was small but made an excellent use of space available No room for chairs, dressers, but a very comfortable bed, great shower we will be back included continental breakfast a great plus very clean

Wonderful experience
The hotel was really lovely, with nice touches like lemon ice water and fruit in the lobby, a warm welcoming staff and a great breakfast. Everything was immaculate! When we had a question about the TV, a staff member came to our room immediately. I would definitely stay here again. The hotel is in the heart of Time Square with a parking lot offering a discount across the street. I'd give the hotel a 5 star rating!

TKTS booth in Time Square offers half priced tickets to lots of Bway and Off-Bway shows. Be there 10 to 15 mins. before it opens. Great seats at half the price of the box office.
