Row NYC hotel has pioneered a new era of individuality by meeting NYCs signature urban grit with grandeur - transforming our guests stay into a completely contemporary experience.
With a front row view to Times Square that's truly incomparable. Our guests reside in the middle of it all, with exciting access to everything and anything - 24/7. The modern and dynamic lobby also features Iconic M, international magazine and gift shop. On the same level, District M provides a European style cafe by day, a Neapolitan pizza bar and cocktail lounge by night. The focal point of District M is a digital gallery of celebrities photographs during the late seventies and early eighties by the famed paparazzo Ron Galella. Our contemporary guest rooms are chic with Manhattan-inspired decor in white-hot hues mixed with unexpectedly vibrant custom furnishings. The room colors are inspired by the vibrant colors of the NY subway lines and fun graphics sayings on the walls that give homage to our Times Square location. Walk through our floors and enjoy murals from New York City neighborhoods. The hotel is surrounded by 24 theaters, 1 block from Restaurant Row and the excitement and energy of Times Square. We are conveniently located to Jacob Javits center, Macy's, Rockefeller Center, Empire State Building and many of the top NYC attractions. the right place for the right time

the lobby, bar, and convenience store are first rate. The staff were extremely professional. The room was quiet and decently appointed. The bathroom needed a longer shower curtain as water dripped all over the floor. That explained why the room carpet in certain spots was damp when I checked in: wet feet walking into the room. The hotel is wonderfully located for Broadway theater and Times Square as from there you can get anywhere. I thought the price was high for the square footage...the rooms are tiny. But they were also modern and sleek.

Satisfaction Gauranteed!

We only stayed 24 hours but for the little time we actually spent at the hotel it was way more then worth it. You get a neat little pen on check in and the room keys are very nice, the room we stayed in was small but very modern and very nice for the size of it, we had absolutely no complaints! It was a very pleasant stay and the location was great as it was two blocks from Times Square!

Very nice hotel in a great location

Location is amazing, and the hotel looks brand new. The room was small, but that's typical for NYC. The 24 hour convenience store was great (and had an amazing selection of magazines) and the staff was very friendly. I only have 2 real complaints: First, the hotel info in the room said breakfast on Sunday ended at noon, we went down at 11:30 and they told us breakfast ended at 11. Second, the concierge (who was very nice), sold me tickets to a night-time sightseeing tour and told me the last bus would be leaving at 9pm. Same story as the breakfast from there, I showed up at the bus location at 8:30, and was told that the last bus had already left. I asked the concierge for a refund since their info was wrong, and I was told that the tickets are purchased through a third party company, and there was nothing they could do. Like I said, they were very friendly, but I still had to eat the cost $90 I spent on the tickets, and I had a very disappointed girlfriend. Still an overall good experience, and I would definitely stay at the ROW NYC again!

weekend trip

Hotel was nice. Everthing is in walking distance, the train is across the street along with a few nice bars. Not too far from times square. Room are small but thats nyc standard if you didn't know. Bed is very comfy for sleeping off those long nyc nights so you can wake up and do it again.
