Clean, Affordable and Great Location

I've been staying at this hotel regularly over the past 3 years, while they transformed from the Milford to the Row NYC. Colorful, quirky rooms are fun but no-frills. The hotel is very clean and the staff is friendly. Best of all is the location! It's in the heart of Broadway and Hells Kitchen, just a quick walk to the subway.

Visit the Rare Bar and Grill on the 51st floor of the Hilton. It has a breath-taking view of the city and incredible drinks. Best view I've ever seen, especially at night.

The Row NYC, A hidden gem in Times Square

I really enjoyed staying at this Hotel. I liked the vibe, and the atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and courteous. The Hotel is in a great location and was $50 to $100 cheaper than the big name hotels in the same area.

Nice Location but room little small

It was a nice experience to stay in Row NYC, as it is very close(walking distance to many famous places to visit in NYC. Complementary break fast is not available in this hotel. But there are plenty of options outside. For lunch and dinner there are many options like Halal Carts for less expensive food and for Indian food, Minar and Utsav are available closeby. Overall I feel the money is worth, but little on higher side because of its location. Parking is little expensive. There are lots of options nearby but ready to spend around 35-45 per day.

Great hotel close close to times square!

We had a great stay. Very comfortable beds and pillows, great staff, clean, modern, just a few blocks outside Times Square. The only one draw back was crammed in between a wall and the tub... Otherwise everything was great! Will definitely stay here again!

Flaming Saddles... Great friendly gay bar just a 12 minute walk or short cab ride. The bartenders do choreographed dances on top the bar every so often.

Great value

Excellent no-frills lodging in an amazing location. Smack in the middle of Times Square just steps away from the Port Authority, this newly rehabbed hotel is legit. The rooms are not fancy and they are small but they are CLEAN and safe. My room was surprising quiet and my bed was comfortable. Bathrooms are small as well but CLEAN. Worth the value (had an amazing promo rate). The only complaint if you could call it that is the new-fangled elevators where you use a keypad instead of up and down buttons. This made the waits a little long but in the hotel's defense, it was a busy time. Definitely worth the stay. Will stay again.

Hotel is Bad

Apart from location, it is worse. I dont think it will be four star for this hotel. I went to this place along with my parents and my wife. My parents are more than 65 yrs. old. As they cant walk I chosen this place, but they end up in walking a lot. These are my reviews, 1. Hotel outside looks too fancy(looks like five star hotel# but inside it is totally opposite. Tiny rooms, very old outdated model rooms. Everything in the hotel you buy are expensive#this part I can understand as it is near to time square#. 2. Location wise other hotels are much closer to Time Square than this hotel, If you are spending 200 to 300 dollars . 3. Hotel Staff Cleaning and Front Desk people --- As very rude behavior. They don't know how to talk to customers, as the hotel in 8th avenue is only the advantage for this hotel. 4. Rooms are tiny, that part I can understand due to high demand, but what about the supplies they provide. All the towels smell like greasy. I got rashes on my skin by using their body wash. Shampoo is bad. If you plan to go please plan to take some with you. Rooms carpet floor is not good 5. Air condition stops at the night I think. Even we maintained at 65 it is very hot. 6. Manager of Row NYC even I complained him about the front desk people behavior , he simply refused by stating that she#Front desk people rude behavior) would have not done that. 7. I paid more than 980 dollars after using my or-bucks points and 10 to 20 % discount which indicates that I paid around 1300 dollars for 3 nights. Each day 400-420 dollars, but the room worth's less than 100 dollars. This is my review , its up to you folks to decide.
