Residence Inn by Marriott New York Manhattan/Times Square

This hotel is close to the Time Square and many other New York landmarks. Staffs are courteous and attentive. Our room was good size with free wireless internet and clean, usable kitchenette. Room was clean but we found a few small stains on the pillow cases and notified the front desk. Overall, we recommend this hotel for travellers that want to be close to midtown Manhattan attractions, shopping, and landmarks.

excellent location, minutes of walking to theaters, seconds down to subway. reasonable price, size of room is small,but remember it is in central of Manhattan! staff is very helpful and efficient.

This was a great hotel. The staff was friendly and very helpful during our stay. They provided good recommendations for restaurants and sights to visit. The hot breakfast is wonderful and you don't have to leave the hotel to get a full belly. There is also a 24 hour market on the corner where you can pick up some things to keep in your room. My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the Residence Inn in Times Square.

First time to New York, overall good value for the price. Close to Time Square with easy subway access. Elevators are extremely slow on the lower floor can take up to 15 min to find room for three persons with luggage, plan according.

THe pull out wasnt so comfy~ we only stayed one night but we were able to check in 4 hours early! Enjoyed our stay, great location. Was perfect for what we wanted. Free hot breakfast wasnt great, but gotta love free FULL breakfast!

My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon. We explored New York, and Residence Inn was there every step of the way. They upgraded our room to a "city view", which had a breathtaking view of the city. The staff was extremely professional and helpful. Another great selling point for my wife and me is the daily breakfast buffet. Very few other NY hotels offer this service. It helped us have more time to sightsee and explore. Plus, we didn't have to find a place for breakfast every morning. The kitchen area in the room is somewhat small, but very well equipped. Also, Residence Inn is in the fashion district of Manhattan, so it was convenient to every great thing in NY. We had a subway right next to us, the NY public library was only two blocks away, the Empire State building was only a few blocks away, and Times Square is also walking distance. Also, the bed is extremely comfortable. I strongly recommend the Residence Inn in Manhattan!

Good size room with well equipped kitchenette; even included dishwasher and full size fridge. Wonderful hot breakfast was included in third floor lounge areaa. Sleeper sofa mattress was a bit on thin side.

The hotel was fabulously located and the room was generally great, although the bathroom was cramped - could use a sliding door gicven location of the toilet bowl. Had problems with the safe, the shower arm and our room was not made up on our second last day. Staff said the right things, but required repeated calls and visits to the front desk to get problems sorted.

While the hotel does not have a bad location relavent to Time Square. There are only 4 elevators to service 28 floors. Be prepared to wait 15 minutes for an elevator if they are working or walk up to your room. This was a common theme during our 3 day stay. Many guest had the same complaint.
