A great deal
Hotel was clean, modern, and was decent-sized for a Times Square hotel. Staff was very friendly. Hotel is near subway station and easily accessible. The only 2 complaints are that the bed felt old and cheap, sinking in in the middle and squeaky. Also, was not able to control the heat, so although it was 20 degrees outside, they kept room way too hot. Became uncomfortable in the night when you couldn't control heat. Other than that, this was a great deal.

Solo Trav Man
Great location and good value for the money
This hotel has just about the perfect location to most things as I was only a few block from Central Park and Time Square is barely a 10 minute walk if you are taking in a show. The rooms are large and clean, comfortable beds and the staff is good. About my only complaint was the toilet which didn't flush well due to being fitted with a tank to limit the water. In my future travels to NYC I would definitely stay again at this hotel.

Near South End of Central Park
Very nice experience. Will stay again. Many restaurants to choose from and several deli types in the area. Great to walk to Central Park. I always like that with Cheap Tickets you get to see the name and location of the hotel.

Clean & Quiet with a great location
A very comfortable room at a good price. Very courteous and friendly staff, Great food at the City House in the lobby. A terrific location very near Central Park, Carnegie Hall, Carnegie Deli, Subway stations, and a short walk to Times Square and the theater district. If Broadway is your thing this is the hotel for you.

Walk south on Seventh Ave to 50th st and grab a slice of pizza at Famous Famiglia Pizzaria and then on to the theater.

good stay, great position, good price
It was a good stay, the position of the hotel is great. The hotel is very big so there is always a line in the lobby. Nonetheless I would recommend in order not to spend too much money.
