HAPPY WIFE TRAVELIN

LOCATION WAS WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE OF EVERYTHING WE WANTED. STAFF WAS PERSONABLE BUT ROOM WAS NOT CLEAN. BRING YOUR OWN LYSOL... NEXT DOOR TO A GREAT CAFE WE ATE AT EVERY DAY FOR BREAKFAST.

It's too crowdy and noisy. The service call from the room is always busy. The check in not before 4 pm in general unpolite service. It's a factory is not an hotel 4 star.

Park Central
Our AC was broken and after 2 calls was never repaired. Luckily it was mild weather so we could leave the window open. Also, the room smelled of ashtray and was dirty. And lastly, the elevators were not functioning well for most of our stay. One elevator for an entire tower. Yikes!

the hotel not bad because it is close to every things. the people that work in the hotel not good which I mean the manger I had problem with guest and he did not help me. One thing that made me to not make claim the guest was old man and he did not speak English.Also, he Apologized to me.

It's What it is.
Park Central is a tourist hotel and for that you get clean (but very small) room with a clean (but hard) bed and almost not enough room to open the closet. That said, once you figure out the strange computerized elevator system, it's a good deal for New York.

Exceptionally Ordinary!!!
Hotel has a great location being close to times square but the bed was not that comfortable and the hotel staff really needs to get their act together if they want to claim to be a 4 star hotel. It's a 3 star at best!!

Had a great time!
Great! The Location was fantastic! We were able to walk to Rockefeller Center, St Patricks Cathedral and a Broadway play! We were also able to catch the NYC sights tour busses, as they stopped at Carnegie Hall which was right across from the motel. The nightly rates are a little high but incredibly reasonable due to the great location. We were very happy we stayed at Park Central New York!

Beaver Cleaver
Nothing went right from the minute we arrived
We had booked for wrong date. When called to correct reservation, had to pay additional $55.00. Hotel was not even close to full. We had asked to be able to see Time Square from our hotel room. No view. Not advised that check in wasn't until 4:00 pm. Had to pay to have bag stored. Hotel room looked nothing like picture. Phones and air conditioning did not work. Only 3 ft from end of bed to big television. After calling hotel from cell phone someone came up to check air conditioner. Came back to room after 4 hours and room was like a furnace. Had to go down to front desk as phones were still not working. Was changed to different room. At 10:30 @ nite had to move. Forgot to remove items from dresser drawer during check out. Clothes were located but all jewelry is missing. Would never stay here again.
