Great staff!
Ellen was fantastic.. The other lady working at check-in desk was super rude, but Ellen was great and she made the entire process faster and more efficient. The hotel has a great location, though it's a little old..

The location is awesome! I didn't expect that it could be so close to Time Square. It is so convenient to go everywhere.

Great Value
It's a great value for MidTown Manhattan. It's decor is rather weak, but it's quite, well maintained, and in a great part of town. definitely worth the $150 or so you save relative to nearby alternatives.

Nothing Too Special
The hotel was fine for everything that we needed, however it was not anything spectacular. The toilet clogged, the ice machine and vending machine were out the entire stay. The elevators took forever. The location was nice, as it was right in the heart of everything.

City weekend
Hotel was very nice and in a good location. Staf was helpful. Paid extra for a concierge king which only gives you a higher floor. The hotel needs an up date. The mattress and bedding was great and the room was very clean and a flat screen TV but that is where it ends. New carpet, furniture and bathroom are needed.

Great Location
We recently stayed at the Park Central with our two children and could not have been more pleased with our experience. The Hotel was in a great location, very close to Central Park and Times Square. Very convenient to all the things we wanted to do. The staff was wonderful!! Especially Elizabeth at the front desk, who was very helpful, diligent and accomodating our requests. We will definitely stay at the Park Central again and will recomend it to our firends and family

Horrible
I thought this would be a great hotel , boy was i wrong . The toilet didn't work . You have to pay 14.10 for the Wifi a day . There was no heat . The staff is rude . The tv didn't work . Please don't waste your money here. Oh and a cup of coffee is 9 dollars .
