The Park Central New York is an elegant and luxurious establishment situated a very close to Central Park, and in direct vicinity to Broadway. - Designed to accommodate up to four guests, each room has Hi Speed internet access and flat screen television with movies on demand and choice of more than 50 channels to unwind with at the end of your day in the big apple. Extra person charges apply for more than 2 persons.

- This guest room offers one king bed. Includes dual line telephones, data ports and voicemail, in room fax machine, in room safe, hairdryer, iron/ironing board, pay per view movies and Nintendo. Requests for rooms with 2 beds must be made with the hotel directly.
- Concierge King

best location!
nice location: its close to time square and central park (5mins to walk), and surrounded with nice restaurants! they let me leave my luggages even after check-out, thats huge plus!!!!

Worst hotel experience ever!
Start with false advertising - no mention of massive construction when I reserved the room. Totally dishonest. And actually had my experience affirmed when I ran into another person at a cocktail party who had the same experience a week before me. Lobby tiny and cramped with people hanging around the lobby at all hours. Zero services. Room was tiny and bare...literally nothing in drawers. Not even a TV remote. Took almost an hour to bring one up. Paid $399...wasn't worth a quarter of that. Stay away.

awful experience
I was not told by this website or the hotel that it is being renovated. You enter from the side street into a dirty make shift lobby that makes you think you are entering a government building for food stamps. The space was small and dirty. The staff was not friendly and had to wait 10 minutes to check in because only one person helping others. No room service. NO- Zero amenities. No Business center. I had no drinking glasses in the room. No ice machine on the floor. Requested room king. Not available in the renovated room. No mini bar. Had to call five times for drinking glasses and a cork screw. Someone brought two glasses that were dirty. Then someone else brought corkscrew. Then a fifth brought clean glasses. Someone knocked on the door looking for someone else with the do not disturb on the door outside. My first morning to wake up there, at 7 am was because of housekeeping talking with each other so loud outside the door as if they were at home. I got up and screamed to them that this was a hotel where people are sleeping. This was one of my worst NYC hotel experiences EVER. I travel to NYC frequently. WHy was I not told by this website or the hotel of what to expect. AWFUL They deserve an F! I would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy!

Good Hotel
Good service ... Nice room for the money and large room. I would highly recommend it. I don't know if it has a pool right now it is being renovated.

Great location, great rooms and good prices
I stayed at the park central for a week and I am a world traveler. The rooms are big considerng the location (rooms are usually tiny in areas near times square). It is minutes away from all the great shopping locations (madison,fifth..etc..).

Don't stay here
We paid $327 dollars for a Saturday night...And we got - No king bed (even though we paid for it) - No Air Conditioning (we were told to open the window) - No Lobby/Grand Entrance (had to use a service enternacne) - No Business Center - No Restaurant - No Bar - No Room Service

Overall good experience
Wass given a newly remodeled room, which as one of a few in the hotel that is being remodeled, but the new rooms are nice. No noise or other complaints. Good value.
