The New York Marriott Marquis is the perfect home base to soak in the excitement of Times Square. The hotel is centrally located and is in close proximity to many theaters, shopping and dining. The view of the river was fantastic (I prefer it to Times Square) and the bed was comfortable. I often have a hard time sleeping in motel rooms. I slept soundly and woke up refreshed. Staff were incredibly helpful and pleasant. I have no complaints.

good location, but very small room
- The hotel location is simply fantastic. - disappointed to get a let check out only till 1,00 pm - comparing to other times I staid at the same hotel, this time the room was very small.

New York Trip
new york, march 2011
While only there for 1 night, this was my second stay at said hotel. It's in a great location, and the inside of the hotel is beautiful. The room itself is a bit sparse, and i wish the bathroom had been a bit bigger. The lighting within the room could have been better as well. Despite these, I would probably stay there again.

Exactly what I Expected...
Everything was perfect. Courteous staff, check-in went smoothly. Beautiful room and view. I expect this kind of service. Felt the pulse of New York! Snowed like crazy but, magical to look at! Thank you for making this another enjoyable night!

Customer service not as good as expected
The facilities are very good and the location is extraordinary. However, when I arrived there was nobody to help me with my luggage. I did the check in and I was not asked if I want help. Also I was not able to pick between double bed room or king size. Check out time eas rteally limited

Great business hotel for NYC
Excellent hotel, great amenities, right on Times Square. Staff is very customer service oriented. Room clean, bathroom clean. Nice updated electronics. This hotel accomodates a great number of people very efficiently.

Perfect location
This hotel is perfectly located in the middle of time square. Not the location to stay if you are looking for piece and quiet. This one is more if you want to be right there. Broadway shows, juniors cheesecake, and tour bus' all just a block away. Great drinks in their 360 revolving bar on the 48th floor, only downside is the drinks are a bit pricey. Great place to go and feel the full New York experience.
