Clean in a good location
Wonderful staff. Multiple people greeted us upon arrival. Very, very clean room. Up to date decor. Second time staying here and will definitely stay here again.

Raffles Bistro nearby is a great place for breakfast. Lunch menu includes huge, delicious sandwiches.

Entertainment tip:
Short walk from hotel
try the hop on hop off bus, gives you a lot of history and very well priced to get around the city, we had it for three days.

Allowed us to check in early, a bit over an hr! Room was a great size. Staff was friendly and helpful- gave us directions and tips on where to go. Location is 10min walk from times square.

Solid Value in East Side Mid-town
From the reception staff to the dining room waiter, all were friendly, helpful and well trained. The room was comfortable, quiet and very clean. I would recommend this hotel for its central location in NYC.

Friendly
great service; from bellboy to reception to bar staff. In fact bar staff were great. Recognised us each evening and easy to talk with. Room very comfortable. Lift to floor sounded like cats meowing...very funny!! Great service.

Learn to use the metro. It's easier than it looks. Get the NY tourist pass ..... It's fantastic value. Cycle Central Park.

Weekend getaway
The restaurant wait staff was horrible, she never checked back to see if we needed anything had to finally ask for more water after sitting there for 15 minutes with a empty water glass. The maid service kept bugging us three times, knocking on our door wanting to know when we were checking out, before our scheduled check out time.
