Currently renovating
They are currently renovating the dining facility (the old facility was fantastic) and the buffet is in the bar area. It is crowded, chaotic, and has limited selection. Room service is good, but very expensive; there is a restaurant across the street that has the same breakfast for 1/3 the cost: great service there too!

Great Location
This hotel is very nice, the rooms are large for New York. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, they were great with transportation and with what to do while in New York.. This is one of the largest hotels in New York so there are three towers of rooms. I would stay there again. The location is just off Times Square, which is great for the noise factor.

Your going to spend money if your in New York
The hotel was great considering you are not hanging out in your room while in New York. Great location and the staff was helpful. Wifi was only in the lobby and the breakfast buffet was over priced ( welcome to new York). Overall I would say this hotel did the trick, no complaints stand out in my mind.

Short walk from hotel
To save money on drinks go out earlier to catch happy hour between 4-7pm. Grab the hop-on/off bus tour to get around the city opposed to taxi's and barter for a lower price EVERYWHERE. Do not buy any souvenirs from the actual shops, the same things are sold on the street.

Large Generic hotel
Queen room very small but clean and adequate. Elevators extremely busy in morning, causing long waits. Breakfast over priced. Bathroom amenities were good. Midtown location is great for museums, park, theater and dinner.
