The exciting part was looking out the window of the fitness center and seeing ground zero. The gym was mediocre for the price of the hotel. No safe in the room. Amenities normal.

Excellent view
I stayed one night for a short weekend visit to Manhattan. The room was nice, clean, but nothing special. The view of the ground zero memorial from my room on the 36th floor was spectacular. Staff was very helpful and good service. The location is excellent although now with all the construction it's a little confusing to move around. I got lost trying to go around the ground zero memorial. The noise of the construction was not an issue during the weekend but it could be during weekdays

Great deal for a getaway
Our experience was great! The hotel had a close location to the E and R train (right outside the door) and Fulton street station wasn't far behind. This made getting around easy! The room had a nice view of the World Trade Center and memorial. The elevator itself was like an amusement park ride which I thought was funny (being on the 40th floor and going about 130mph). Overall everything was great and I would definitely return!

Business Trip to stay in WTC
The room is pretty comfortable. But, other facilities, such as restaurant, bars, etc., have room to be improved. Room services request gets slow response.

Disappointed we were unable to stay here
This review is based on the last time we stayed at the Hilton Millenium as we were unable to stay here over the weekend 3/4 Nov due to the power cut following Hurricane Sandy. Although the hotel did stay open we did book into 2 other hotels as there was no power/hot water etc. We were disappointed by the quality of the alternative hotel we stayed at as it was in no way of the same standard as the Hilton although promoted as a 4 star hotel.

Fantastic Location and Views
All the rooms at this hotel have incredible views over lower Manhattan. My room looked out over the WTC construction site which was majestic day and night. The room was richly appointed with perfectly situated lights and seating, and the King Size bed and bedding was extremely comfortable. The hotel is right on several subway lines, so it's just a quick jog to and from Penn station and any other highlight that you plan to visit. There's also a full service business center and a very nice pool and fitness center, something you won't find in many other hotels in NYC.

Business Trip to New York
Unlike the rest of my trip, the staff at the hotel were absolutely phenomenal! My flight was cancelled on Wednesday night during my first stop in Philadelphia. I kept calling the hotel to let them know I was coming in very late. They were waiting for me when I finally arrived at 3:00 a.m. They seemed sincerely concerned about my safety. They also procured a taxi so I might obtain my luggage from the airport. Will stay there every chance I get!

GREAT VALUE -- perfect location
Hotel was excellent. Great value. Perfect Wall Street location. Rooms can be large, well equipped. Can also be noisey during WTC construction which is directly across the street. (Need a high floor).

Great view and convenient location
My stay was a pleasant one. The location of the hotel was perfect. Don't have to travel far to the nearest train station, which was less than a block away. Had an awesome view of Freedom Tower and the World Trade Memorial. The room was spacious and extremely clean. Staff was pleasant.
