Nice but could of been better
The hotel is at a nice location, however early morning the cleaning lady knocks on your door despite that the "come back later" sign is put. Also they don't give you soap and shampoo every day which I found annoying.

Could have been better
Actually this is one of the hotels I stay at when in NYC. Really don't appreciate a hotel of this caliber charging for every little thing like a holiday inn.

Great hotel
Great location, friendly staff, large room, nice sized bathroom. What more can I say. Would stay there again. Compared to many of the hotel rooms in which I have stayed in NYC, this hotel is a gem. Its a bit noisy, but which room in NYC isnt. Great location for Broadway shows and Times Square. Great jazz club across the street

clean but ignorant
I did not spend much time at the hotel, but I expected to have the coffee and water replaced in my room and the shampoo and conditioner wasn't replaced iether, now don't get me wrong I wasn't out to pocket the goodies but for them to treat you as if they couldn't trust you with extra shampoo is cheap for a 400$ a night hotel! no newspaper either. But what topped it all was when I told them at the front desk while checking out, instead of an apology I got the"why are you telling me this " stare down!! wow!! nice place but I hate to spend my well earned money and get the attitude. never again
