GREAT!

went to NYC to see Rockefeller Plaza, Times Square, Shopping, Broadway, etc. We were able to easily walk to all of these things from this location. It's in the middle of it all! Super clean hotel with VERY friendly bell men. They really went out of their way to offer directions, assist with luggage, secure a taxi, etc. Would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family!

Booking Broadway tickets with our [...] package was a big time saver. You print "vouchers" instead of tickets. This means your tickets are at will call and you get to avoid the long lines of checking in. Plus, we didn't get to choose our seats but when we got there they were AMAZING

VERY CLEAN, COMFORTABLE, GREAT LOCATION!

We went to the Intercontinental Hotel a week and a half before Christmas and had a wonderful time! Would have to say it was the best priced hotel with the highest level of quality with the flight and hotel package. Staff was extremely helpful and professional. Did not eat anything at the hotel mostly because the location provided us so many other dining opportunities. Not much of a view from our window, but the room was a GOOD SIZE, CLEAN and COMFORTABLE for NYC and LOCATION was perfect. Two blocks from Times Square and the subway to take you to lower manhattan attractions. A bit of a walk to Rockefeller Plaza and Central Park but totally worth it and good exercise. Would definitely stay here again!!!

The "must" stay hotel in Times Square

We were in NY for the countdown 2011 and the Intercontinantal Hotel at Times Square was an ideal for staying! Surrounding with shopping, foods, pubs and the hotel itself located only a block away from Broadway and 7Av where all big and bright billboards are. Plus, the subway station is right there in front of the hotel to the right. This made our traveling in Manhattan so convenience!

Wonderful weekend holiday

The Intercontinental Times Square is the most comfortable hotel we've ever visited, and the staff the friendliest. We are an older couple who try to get away by ouselves once in a while to relax and enjoy new things. This hotel made our vacation very memorable. We highly recommend it to anyone who plans to visit New York, and we'll probably stay there again.

Great Hotel!

First, the Intercontinental is a wonderful hotel. The room was first-rate, the staff was ALWAYS friendly and helpful, and the location in Times Square meant that it was close to things my wife and I really wanted to do-shows, jazz clubs, etc. The staff was particulary helpful in directing us as to the best ways to get to attractions that were not real close-such as Ellis Island, etc. I've always stayed at another hotel in Times Square but the Intercontinental will be my go-to place now!

Talk to the hotel staff if you're not sure where something is, how to get there, etc. They were extremely helpful in this respect. My wife and I felt that the staff there REALLY DID want to help us in any way they could-they all seemed very genuine!

Nice hotel + impressive service

Spent the weekend in NYC with gf, we had an amazing experience. The stay in the hotel was the best part. We lived on 35th flr and had a great view of the city. Staff there were super nice and friendly and the in-room dinning service was impressive. Highly recommend it!!

Great Stay, Comfortable Bed

We used the concierge several times to get restaurants, directions and general help; and, they were always friendly and helpful. Our trip was for recreation. We stayed in a deluxe king room. The bed was a firm pillow top and very comfortable. The bathroom may be the best I have ever seen in a hotel. The shower is a waterfall from the ceiling with a hand held tool. The water pressure was just right and the water was plenty hot. The shower stall is extra large.
